Dave C.We called Cottongim thinking the system we purchased less than a year ago was under warranty. We were charge 310 for service call and the issue was not fixed and required a 2nd trip and the thermostat was bad and then charged labor ($254.00) and for the basic thermostat. That should have been covered under warranty. They also charge for after hours on Saturday afternoon. We also were looking for a new install and they were doubled the price of anyone else in Tifton.
