I didn't hire Cotting directly, but when we bought a new dishwasher, the appliance company referred me to them to fix some old pipes that'd need to be repaired in the process. They were prompt, professional, and gave me a good price. I was pleased with the experience!

I called Jim on the recommendation of a neighbor in my building, and I'm glad I did. He diagnosed both problems in my kitchen sink (broken faucet head and a deep clog) and when his snake wasn't long enough to get at the clog, he told me who to call instead--and didn't charge me for it! Plus, Jim was friendly, prompt (early even), and didn't mind working in my tiny galley kitchen. Highly recommended!

I called and spoke to Jim who owns Cotting Plumbing & Heating. He was extremely courteous and helpful in getting a few things done including unclogging a drain and running a water line for an ice maker. Very fair pricing -- would definitely use them again!

I've used them for years, but only worked with James, who this review is about. He is amazing! Always willing to come on short notice, super friendly and straight forward. He keeps our aged forced water heater going every year, instead of pushing for a new system. I also agree with Justina that the pricing is fair.

Great plumbers are few and far between and Cotting Plumbing & Heating is the best of the best. If you want someone who will get the job done the best it can and for a fair price there's no better choice. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
