Faulty hot water heater. I called over the Labor Day holiday when my water heater broke. Brandon was at my house in a hot. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great value as the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

I have to be fair and admit that I didn't use the actual service, but let me explain what happened and why I'm writing a review. I had called Roto Rooter when my septic backed up. They said they would come, they didn't. Then when I called they said that they had rescheduled me for the next day and that if I wanted them to come now, they would charge extra. This was a definite NO GO for me. I called Cottage Hill Plumbing after researching them on the web, and seeing all the good reviews. The man explained to me that he is an indoor plumber and that not all plumbers do outdoor work. Most either specialize in outdoor service, or indoor. He also said he could come out and diagnose the problem, but it would cost me. He walked me through to process to figure out the probable cause of the issue so that I could call the right person. As it turned out, it was an outdoor issue (just as I thought) and so this man saved me a LOT of money by doing this for me. He also recommended Billy's Outhouse for my septic service, who I did use and loved. I highly recommend this people because it seems that they're not just after a buck. He was willing to lose money, because he was honest to begin with and that says something. I just thought potential customers may wish to know this. I know I would.

Very poor service. Made promises, but NEVER followed through. Said he would come out at a certain day and time, Never did. Also, never called to explain he wasn't coming. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend this company.

Jimmy did a great job ... called at 7:30 am and by 3 PM I had a new 50 gallon gas water heater installed for a very fair price. I could not have asked for a better experience.

We choose CHP based off a recommendation of my daughter's friend. We are very pleased with the professionalism and the work performed. Prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, personable and make you feel as though you made the right choice in picking them as your plumbing service. Mr. Williams gave recommendations for preventing the problem in the future and shared he does new construction should we ever be in need. We will most certainly use them for any plumbing needs we have in the future and recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber. You will not be disappointed!!

My plumber to repair a professional and speedy they remove a garbage disposal it wasn't working and replaced it. Very helpful guys! Will call for all my future service needs. We just moved into a new house and discovered the faucet in the laundry room was leaking. I was calling around to see if I could get someone out the same day. After two other calls to answering machines, I reached a nice man at Cottage Hill plumbing. I explained my issue and rather than put me off to the next day, he did something you just don't see much of anymore.... He gave me a tip on the most common cause of the leak and told me how to repair. I told him I would give it a try, and if it didn't work I would call him in the morning to schedule a repair. His advice worked! Tightened up the faucet and no more leak. He may have lost a service call, but he gained a customer for life! I will definitely use their service for ALL my future plumbing needs.
