On May 1, 1941, Cota & Cota was established by Ken and Helen Cota, who ran the business from one of the earliest 24-hour gas stations in Vermont. Initially, they had two trucks for delivering kerosene, referred to as ""range oil"" in those times. Customers paid eight cents per gallon. Through hard work and determination, they expanded the business in 1953, adding an office at 4 Green St. in Bellows Falls, VT. Today, after more than 75 years and three generations, Cota & Cota stands at the forefront of the heating sector. As we adapt to market trends and embrace new technology, we remain grounded in our origins and core values. We are proud of our Vermont roots and the trust we have built with our customers. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service in the industry, without question.
