Cota & Cota began on May 1, 1941, when Ken and Helen Cota operated the business from one of Vermont's first 24-hour gas stations. Starting with two trucks, they delivered kerosene, which was called ""range oil"" in those times. Customers were charged eight cents per gallon. Their hard work and determination led to success, and by 1953, they expanded to an office at 4 Green St. in Bellows Falls, VT. Now, after 75 years and three generations, Cota & Cota is a leader in the heating market. As we stay current with market developments and cutting-edge technology, we hold onto our roots and the values that shaped our company. We are proud of our Vermont roots and the trust we have built with our customers. We are dedicated to providing our customers with the finest service in the industry, without question.
