They were suppose to come back to our home to cover a hole they dug for a leak issue. They fixed the pipe and then twice they said they were coming but never showed. Now we have a hole in concrete filled with dirt and not finished. Their customer service sucks as much as they do. Don't do business with these people.

Today I was surprised when Costless showed up at our house. A manager, Angel traveled about 400 miles to come and apologize as well as explain what happened. His crew is right now fixing the hole and I have to give them kudos for being honest about what happened.

Needless to say I am pleased with their work and service now. Thanks Angel and crew.

Alex and Diego came to fix my leaky sink and toilet a couple weeks ago. They arrived right on time, clean, wore masks. They showed me the problem with both and had both fixed within 30 minutes of being there. Highly recommend this company. I'll be calling them for any future issues.

Costless is the Only company I call for all plumbing and HVAC needs. I've had them do multiple inspections on home purchases and have used them to repair broken systems. They recently also installed a complete new HVAC at my primary house and a new hot water heater. Most companies would have taken 2 days to install everything, but the Costless crew and the owner Angel worked diligently until it was completed all in one day. It works great! I have rarely been impressed with any contractor in my life but this is no ordinary business. The whole crew is an exceptional team. I can't thank them enough for being so much help to me and my family.

I called 4 places to get my air conditioner fixed this morning and a few last night none of those called me back. All of them didn't have a technician available today and they all mentioned $99. Diagnostic fee. Then I called Costless Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. I asked the very polite woman if they had someone available and do you know what she said? She said of course. Music to my ears and it was only $85 to see what was wrong. She explained when they would be here and they would call before they arrived, which they did. So Angel and another man came out checked the thermostat and the unit outside told me what was wrong. I gave the go-ahead and now I am cool again. I am going to recommend this company to everyone.

Our upstairs bathtub/shower valves leaked, causing damage to our kitchen ceiling. I was worried because our home is 100 years old but Costless Plumbing was able to diagnose the problem immediately and schedule an appointment for repairs. We are thrilled with our new hardware!

I am giving a review of this company again, because a wrong was righted. The owner of this company was very gracious and very understanding to the initial review and what happened with the service he came out himself and fixed the air-conditioner and the problem himself... he was very thorough and was very pleasant and more than made up for the initial experience! He even sent me a follow up letter with an apology awesome way to treat your customers! I will definitely give this company a try again when I buy a house next year !!

I came home from work to find all of my toilets backed up and my shower not draining. Nightmare. I had dealt with Costless Plumbing one time before and was satisfied with their job so I called them again. I was grateful their posted hours on Yelp were 24/7. Because it was in the evening it was considered after hours and therefore the charge was a little higher than their standard rate, but considering the emergent circumstances it was still acceptable. Within 30 minutes, George from CostLess was dispatched out to my house and getting to work. He was nice, professional, very thorough and he explained the cause of the problem to me and also what to ask of other plumbers should the problem arise later on down the road if I were to utilize someone else. Before the one hour mark from when I initiated the call to CostLess, the job was complete and the water was flowing unobstructed once again. Takeaways: CostLess is now my go-to plumbing company. It's clear that they are here to help and their prices are fair, and you simply don't find that often nowadays. Thank you, CostLess!

I'm really glad that I called Costless Plumbing, where other competitors wouldn't even call me back and over charging you for something so straight forward and simple. I had to replace my existing toilet for a new one I just bought and I didn't want to go through all the hassle installing, lifting, cleaning up. Costless Plumbing did a good job for providing excellent price and service but they were about 2 hours late for my appointment but still they made up for it. I would recommend calling Costless Plumbing for any new toilet installation or service than other plumbing competitors without breaking your hard earn dollar and getting good service.

plumber was called to fix leak which came from under sink turn off valve, I had examined it and it was clearly leaking from one turn off valve and nothing else needed to be replaced, but a new faucet was installed which was not needed, this was done at my apartment complex. So be weary of unnecessary installation and charges. Costless?? Costmore!

I found water on my apartment bathroom floor on Thursday and I submitted a plumbing request through my property management. Thank God my apartment managers use Costless Plumbing as their vendor. Their office responded within less than 24 hours of my request. The initial technician, George, came out Friday, that same day and found 4 separate leaks! He repaired 3 while on site and then the 4th was a little more extensive and would need to be scheduled a for another day. It's now Monday and Within 2 hours of the repairs being approved by my property management, their repair crew Was out and repaired the leak! They were professional, fast, efficient and clean! Thank you Costless for making this process so easy, fast and stress free! I will forever use Costless Plumbing due to their amazing service!
