We searched reviews on multiple companies in this area and for Costless everyone has nothing but great things to say, from their reasonable prices to excellent quality service.. we knew we just had to call! I am writing my 2nd review of this business because I think they are hands down the best company I've dealt with here in Fresno. I called them today and Jose (AKA Big J) came to help with what turned out to be an irrigation leak. I was stressed because I had to turn off my main water valve and had no water to the house. Big J went the extra mile to help me even though it was almost 5:00 pm and I'm sure he was tired. The people that work at this company are so friendly and I really needed good news. It turned out to be an easy fix and I am very grateful.

My A/C stopped running on Sunday morning Labor Day weekend. This on a day when the expected high temp here in Fresno was 108. I immediately came to Yelp to look at HVAC companies with 4-5 Star ratings. First, I'll tell you that I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out on a weekend, let alone a holiday weekend during the busiest time of year for HVAC service! However, I used the Yelp auto-fill service form and hoped for the best. Long story short, and to my surprise, Costless Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning promptly sent me a message saying they were available and can send someone out TODAY. I called the number provided, spoke to a young lady named Veronica who said the technician would be out to my house between 2-5p. The technicians (2) arrived around 2:45p -- a mere two hours after I called and spoke with Veronica. My rooftop dual-pak unit is only 13 months old and I suspected my thermostat, not the unit, was the problem. The tech checked the thermostat first and confirmed what I had suspected and quickly fixed the issue. However, the service call fee included a HVAC unit check-up and complete servicing. Even on a holiday weekend the price was very reasonable, not outrageous. The two guys were on my roof at 3:00p in 105 degree heat. The service call, troubleshoot and thermostat fix and servicing of the dual-pak unit took all of 40-45 minutes. Even in the scorching 105 temp, service technicians Daniel and Jose could not have been more respectful or polite. I will definitely use Costless in the future as needed, highly recommend the company and will gladly recommend Costless to anyone who asks.

I would highly recommend Costless to all my neighbors and friends! They were able to get out the next day before a Holiday Weekend in the middle of summer making sure our AC unit was working! The original installer (A Large Company in the Fresno Area!) of the AC system were 10 days out before they could get to our New Gary Mcdonald Home only 1 1/2 years old. I feel like now I have a company that cares about my family and our well being allowing me to not worry about future problems because we now have some one we can count on COSTLESS PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING!

I have now had Costless out four times for different plumbing needs at our small apartment complex (eight units), ranging from clearing a line to a complete re-piping of four units (galvanized steel to PVC). They were professional and punctual, as well as extremely competitive with their pricing. The communication was also very good. Being a woman, I have grown tired of the condescending attitudes and the worry of being ripped off on repairs. After using random plumbers for over 20 years in Fresno, I'm so happy to have been referred to Costless.

I want to thank David G. for coming out and resolving the issue with my AC unit. My AC wasn't blowing air in my two furthest bedrooms. The diagnostic showed the unit was low on Freon. Also, my filter was pretty dirty resulting in the unit working harder. Earlier in the day I called a well known company which said my unit was shot and needed to be replaced asap. My unit is 12 years old, the technician offered me a new system for a ""good price"" $16-17,000 ridiculous. They lied, clearly trying to take advantage of me. Thankfully I did my research and called Costless, saving me time and money. If you need help give them a call they will definitely take care of you. Thanks again David!

I can't express how much I value this fine business! We have used them for an investment property and they never fail to impress me. Their technicians are the absolute best! And they're so very kind. I had requested quotes from different companies in the Fresno area to install a smart thermostat. This company was one of the few companies that did not try to charge us a ""consultation appointment"" where they charge you just for coming to look at the problem. For those companies I was confused about what they would be consulting about because I Alfredo had the smart thermostat and they wouldn't need to do anything but install it.

Costless plumbing was very professional - I called on a Friday morning and they had availability on Monday morning. Two staff members came and they told us where the wires were - some of the wiring was wrong and they changed it and explained what they were doing for future reference. They came on time, which can be rare for service calls. Everything went well and they had the work done within an hour or so. I would recommend them and call them for future work!
