I had requested quotes from different companies in the Fresno area to install a smart thermostat. This company was one of the few companies that did not try to charge us a ""consultation appointment"" where they charge you just for coming to look at the problem. For those companies I was confused about what they would be consulting about because I Alfredo had the smart thermostat and they wouldn't need to do anything but install it.

Costless plumbing was very professional - I called on a Friday morning and they had availability on Monday morning. Two staff members came and they told us where the wires were - some of the wiring was wrong and they changed it and explained what they were doing for future reference. They came on time, which can be rare for service calls. Everything went well and they had the work done within an hour or so. I would recommend them and call them for future work!

We used Costless in December when we had a pipe leak in the house. They did a fantastic job came right out to figure out the issue and fixed it within a week. We spoke to the Supervisor Nathaniel while they were here about getting AC installed. We had an evap cooler on the house that wasn't cutting it. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. Stopped in the office and asked Nathaniel to come out and quote us on AC. We had no ducting, no previous AC unit. They came in lower than other quotes we had received, got us a great quality unit and everyone who stepped foot on our property was beyond amazing. From quote to install was one week. The crew was here for a day and a half, they were extremely fast, knowledgeable, met any request we had and just went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Costless, Nathaniel and the amazing crew that was out here. We have already started referring people your way.

We had received multiple letters from the city stating that we were using too much water. I called Costless Plumbing to come out and take a look. I was thinking the leak was worse than what it was and pleasantly surprised that it was an easy fix. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable in his expertise. I love that the new employees get on the job training and Angel did an excellent and efficient job in diagnosing, repairing and teaching his new apprentice. I will always call Costless plumbing for my water, and air conditioning/ heating needs. Thank you Angel and Costless!

This is was my first time working with Costless Plumbing because my plumber was out of town. I contacted them for a last minute, emergency situation through the Yelp app. They were among the first to acknowledge my request, but the quickest to deploy a plumber and arrive on site.

When Geraldo arrived he was friendly, understanding, asked the right questions to accurately assess my problem, propose the correct solution and promptly get to work.

Three areas of my house needed plumbing repairs and I was afraid of how costly it would be. the customer service staff was able to produce me same day service on the day I called and I was thrilled. When Jose came over to look at the issues, he jumped right to work quickly repaired the issues at a cost that I was the cheapest I found. Highly recommend!

I recently moved into a new home and it definitely had some plumbing and AC repairs that needed to be done along with my mainline being backed up. I was referred over to Costless Plumbing Heating & Air and I'm so glad I made the right choice. The technician came out with his supervisor and provided me a couple recommendations with no pressure and throughly explained the work that had to be done. Their quote was so reasonable for all the repairs & installations that had to be done so my home can be just perfect to my liking. Costless came the same week with their crew to run water lines and install a drain for my new tub along with other miscellaneous plumbing repairs that I wanted done. I also thought I was going to need a new split system since my AC wasn't turning on. Luckily all it needed was a new part and a cleaning for it to be back to cooling! Other companies I had prior for quotes were wanting to replace the split system for over $12,000!!!!! I'm super thrilled and happy with all the work that was done. I'll definitely be using costless for all my plumbing and cooling needs

Would give this business 6 stars if I could. My call for plumbing repairs and leak detection was immediately addressed by the friendly and helpful office staff (Cassandra and Veronica) and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician who came out to the house (Angel) took care of a couple jobs that were done incorrectly by the previous handyman/plumber. Not only did he fix the issues quickly and perfectly but the fee was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Costless to anyone and look forward to calling them again in the future.
