Last week, my GE profile refrigerator started making a weird noise and it is only 5 years old. The noise happened off and on for a couple days. On Thursday, I noticed some of the food in the freezer was defrosting. I reached out to Kevin and left a message. This is the first time using this business. He responded very quickly and came out next day to assess the situation. After doing a diagnostic test, the fan in the freezer was not switching on and the freezer temp was over 32 degrees. Kevin flicked the fan and it came right on. He advised to monitor it over the weekend and ordered a part to repair the issue. Over the weekend the freezer was working fine and the fan operated normally. I reached out to Kevin today and let him know it was working properly. He said sometimes it just gets jammed (there was a box that fell behind the drawers). Instead of insisting on replacing the part, he put it on hold and we are going to revisit if we have any other issues (hopefully not). It is great to know there is a trustworthy and honest person to go to with any of my appliance repair needs.

Kevin came out to help me with my washer. What I thought was going to be a huge pain ended up being no big deal and he told me how to avoid having to see him for this situation in the future. He showed up on time and wasted no time getting to it.

Amazing! We had several issues in our home, including a refrigerator that was regularly too warm inside since the day we moved in. We called Kevin for help, and he was beyond prompt and professional. Not only was he able to fix our refrigerator issue (the temperature now consistently reads 33 degrees) but he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the cause of both extremely warped floorboards in our kitchen and a leak in our basement ceiling. He even called us the morning after our service appointment to check in and see how our refrigerator was working. Very honest. Easy to work with. I am not alone in this opinion so you might have to wait a week or more for his schedule to open up but it's worth it.
