I don't know. He says his work has a ""lifetime guarantee"". But then never ever responds to requests to fix. We gave up eventually, and had to hire another guy to repair Costa's so-called lifetime-guaranteed work. Very salesy up front but extremely poor follow through and quick to blame others for his mistakes.
