Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. Lived in NYC 25 years, owned for 5. Many plumbers over the years! I call, they send out a sweet but very junior guy to look at my shower, he can't identify the problem. He takes some pics, says he'll call back. I tip $40 because I like to establish myself as a generous tipper/easy customer early. I hear nothing for 3 days. I call, they say they'll get back that day. They don't. I call the next day, same thing. This goes on for 8 days. The receptionist finally informs me that they've identified 2 possible fixes -- ok, great -- and then says she needs to clear it with my landlord. The landlord isn't who pays the bill, it's our owner. I try to explain, I fully get screamed at. I say, polite/incredulous, you've been giving me the runaround for a week, I get screamed at again. DON'T bother. I've never been treated this badly in 25 years.

Cosme Plumbing has been working at the SARATOGA Condominium for years. Over the years whenever we have had a plumbing issue or just needed to ask a plumbing question we have reached out to Cosme. They do excellent work, are fully responsible for their work and are very professional. In case of an emergency they are on point! They are friendly and exude nothing but class and professionalism. It all starts from the top the owner of Cosme Plumbing, Carlos. In my 36 years of working at the SARATOGA with many plumbing companies, Cosme plumbing is beyond reproach.

Service was absolutely terrible. The office manager routinely failed to follow up. I had to call repeatedly in order to get a quote for the work that needed to be done and then call again to have the work scheduled. She repeatedly told me that she would check back in with me shortly and then never called me back. I felt like I was hassling her. I absolutely would have used a different company but my building only allows this company inside to do work. Clearly my super is receiving some sort of kickback because there is no way they chose this company because of their quality of service.

On the day that the work was actually done, the plumber arrived 2 hours late with no excuse offered. The office also purchased the incorrect faucet for my bathroom sink. The plumber did not realize that the faucet he was installing was blocking the medicine cabinet behind it. This will need to be fixed at a later date, which sadly means that I will need to work with this company again. If I could give zero stars, I truly would. It was utterly shocking how unprofessional every level of the organization is.

Cosme Plumbing and Heating were exceptional. They fixed our leak in the bathroom tub, installed a new Gerber unit, and fixed our cold-water pressure problem in a few hours. Carlos Cosme, the owner, is an exceptional plumber and really knows what he's doing. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

The work was done properly, workmen professional however communication with owner and office was substandard, completely unorganized, unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with.

Do not use this plumbing and heating company. We used them to repair some old plumbing in our building. They were very careless, accidentally tore open brand new walls and left dents and unnecessary marks in the area of operation. ZERO apologies and just unnecessary rudeness. They also failed to fix the boiler issue in our building. Please beware to prospective clients.

Cosme Plumbing & Heating handled the gas conversion for my home as well as any plumbing issues we may have. Receptionist is friendly. Plumbers and assistants are nice and clean up well after themselves. I recommended them to a family member and they have also been satisfied with the work they do.

Just terrible. Avoid. Works with a contractor named Mauro Monteiro who also wasted a year of our lives doing a shoddy bathroom renovation. Just awful.

We called cosme on a Saturday to unclog the toilet. He removed the toilet took it to the
basement and broke it. claiming that he couldn't free the snake. Hardly believable.
He left us without a toilet until Monday afternoon. He then charge me an arm and a leg.

I will never ever use him again!!

This company provided inferior service, did not show up on time or at all. They delayed my bathroom renovation by two weeks, due to ""emergencies"" with other customers. They were rude and dismissive. I felt like I was held hostage and overcharged. Beware
