A few days back we discovered our three year old water heater -- a RHEEM from Home Depot -- was leaking and the best we could get was warm water for short periods of time. We called up several places but then discovered Cosios.

Gabriel was very helpful and upfront, answered all our questions and scheduled our appointment.

On the day of the appointment, he and his team arrived a little early, walked through some options and recommended a solution that was more cost effective and would help us in the long run.

My shower handle broke off the other day just like that. I contacted Cosio's Plumbing. Gabriel responded promptly to my request. I texted him the pictures and he was very patient and explained to me the cartridge might need to be replaced. They will try that first. Unfortunately, the plumber could not pull the cartridge out because it had gotten stuck with the valve. The valve needed to be replaced as well. The next day, Gabriel and two other plumbers came over and a beautiful job well done within 90 minutes. See all the pictures for more details.

Gabriel responded in record time for a severe plumbing issue I did not know I had. Currently in the middle of escrow, it was urgent the matter was addressed asap... He came over the next day early, ( he was avail when I called however I could not meet up) Not only did he do the repair thoroughly, but the outcome was fantastic as he ended up re-routing lines that made no sense...all while in the cramped crawl space no less. I highly recommend this company and my agent was so impressed COSIOS plumbing is now at the top of her contractor list. The bid was fair and in the end he came in 15% under and passed that savings on to me. Honest and reliable . thank you for a job well done.
