We experienced some flooding from the crazy rain and the sump pump and drainage system weren't working properly. Gabriel and his team were timely, efficient, communicative, and all around personable. Being a property manager for 40 properties, I need a prompt reliable plumbing company to handle multiple service calls during the week. That is why I call Cosio's plumbing they always answer my calls and get the job done right the first time and keep a good relation between me and my tenants. Their prices are also reasonable and that helps keep owner costs down.

Seems a good plumbing company as far as the work (I hope!). They replaced a shower cartridge for me and their crew showed up CLOSE to the time window they gave me (which isn't too bad for contractors and plumbers) and worked quickly. I would still have given them 5 stars for being available and pleasant, but I needed to have confirmation that they are licensed/ insured, which they said would be no problem to provide by email. One star off for never actually having insurance or licensing documentation available despite multiple times telling me they would send it to me right away. Another star off for making me call and email them 7 or 8 times, telling me each time that they would send me the documentation and never doing it ... just tell me you don't want to (or that you can't) send it, please don't make me keep calling and wasting time like a schmuck. I'll leave it at 3 stars since Gabe, the one that always answered the phone was always pleasant, even though he never actually sent the documents he promised nor ever called back to say why not. Crossing my fingers their work is good long-term and not as leaky as promises and customer service seem to be, post-pandemic.

I had an emergency. Laundry room clogged the main drain line and was back in up to my bathroom. Flooded it and I needed to get it cleaned quick. The main was connected to two neighbors as well. It was a mess. And It's was in the evening and Gabriel was quick to respond and get one of his guys out to me within the hour. He was able to get the main line drain cleared rather quick. Saved the night for me and my neighbors. Definitely recommend!!! Came through exactly when needed.

He gave us a time to evaluate within 24 hours and was able to fix the problem with professionalism and knowledge and honesty within 2 days (it was a BIG job!). He and his crew were very respectful and cleaned up. He works fast, has a great crew and is reliable. He gave us a quote and stuck with it and did not try to upsell anything to us. We will continue to use him from now on!

I reached out through Yelp after hours when I noticed a leak on the side of the house. It was a pretty steady stream so I wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible. Gabriel answered my message and was able to fit me in the next morning without having to talk on the phone. Jesus and Junior showed up and fixed the issue pretty quickly. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Overall left a really great impression and I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Cosio's plumbing services again.
