Brandon came out to my house to help resolve an ongoing plumbing issue. The old main sprinkler shut off valve was permitting water to leak into the piping which I had blown out for the winter. In approximately 1 hour Brandon was able to get the new valve part and installed properly. All is perfect. There was no hard core upsale involved. Well done Brandon.

The reviews here are spot on. Brandon is great. He replaced three toilets and fixed two leaking sinks for me in less than three hours. His pricing was very reasonable. He shows up on time and does the work without complaining about how bad your problem is etc. etc. What more could you ask for! I highly recommend him and can see why he has such great reviews on here.

Brandon is a hardworking, careful plumber who knows what he is doing. That alone puts him in the top 10%. But Brandon impressed us by going the extra mile to ensure that our project finished in a timely fashion, despite some challenges and unforeseen issues on his side. He has a great work ethic and is a super easy person to work with. He also is diligent about communicating by text or phone about scheduling issues. We are planning to ask Brandon to come back and work on another remodel project within the next year.

Brandon was fantastic. After having numerous plumbers not return calls, or never deliver a quote after coming to my condo, or simply not showing up, I was pretty frustrated. Brandon, however, met and exceeded my expectations. He was always available, and if he couldn't take my call he'd answer a text. He showed up on time. He offered a fair quote. I chose COS Plumbing because of the five-star reviews. And I now understand why he receives them from his customers. I needed a couple of plumbing jobs done today and gave him a call. Brandon responded to my non-emergency requirements within 1.5 hours, completed the jobs quickly and professionally, and performed a water pressure test after he heard hammering in my pipes when water was running. Very pleased with his performance and professionalism - and very pleased with the price! Very reasonable.
