Louie and Jose have done all our plumbing work for over 10 years. They completely re-plumbed our kitchen when we remodeled. Every time we have have any sort of plumbing problem (often since it is a 50+ year old house), they come promptly.

I've used them twice. They came recommended by my realtor. Hourly pricing was reasonable, and both times they didn't try to up sell me on anything. Frankly, they could have easily sold me a new sink & piping, but instead they fixed a washer, replaced some other cheap part I can't recall the name of, & replaced some other cheap/worn parts. I felt they were very fair & honest, and had a great experience with them. Based off my interaction with them, I'd highly recommend.

In the process of using a motorized snake to clear out a clogged in the
upstairs sink, Jose and his assistant broke the pvc piping that ran
across the family room ceiling. This caused a leak in half a dozen
places in the ceiling and down the window frame. It also forced them to
cut a 2 foot square hole in the ceiling to get to the pipe.

After examining the damage, they first said the pipe might have had a
'weakness' in it, then they said it was because the pipe was just 1 and
1/2 inches rather than 2 inches which was a violation of code (I later
confirmed with a master plumber that this was not an accurate statement),
then they said it was a result of the elbow not being a long sweep.
Long story short, they said they were not going to pay for the repair of the
damage because it wasn't their fault. It was due to unforeseen issues with the
pipe. Jose's words were, "If we had to fix everything we broke when we do work,
we would end up working for free." I was stunned!!!
I called the owner, Louie Corwin, who came right over and then
echoed Jose's sentiments. They charged me $325 for 2 and 1/2 hours of
work and left me with a gaping hole in my ceiling.
I had to hire a contractor to come and do the dry wall fixing and repaint my entire
family room and kitchen ceiling because the rooms are connected without a
separation. That cost another $300 to repair.

I make a conscious effort to support my community by hiring Rockwall area
business people whenever I can. I will never, ever do business with this
company again and highly recommend that you find a plumber other than
Corwin Enterprise.
