This is a great company. Toilet has been having an issue with the water tank level slowly dropping and refilling - which has put a dent in our water bill for some time now. Despite a new flapper and some minor home DIY attempts the problem persisted so I reached out to Correct Plumbing. John was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem and possible solutions & fixes. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule our appointment last minute but they remained understanding and still professional. I am planning to have them fix our toilet soon and, just based on the interaction thus far, would give them 5 stars. Will post update after the fix!

I was having drainage flow issues. The technician came and snaked my main sewage line. He had me view the camera, and I saw the drainage was clear, so hopefully the problem has been resolved.
