American Home Shield assigned Correct Plumbing to my rental house to resolve an issue of stopped bathtub drain. The service plumber snaked the tub and removed hair that was causing the blockage and backup from the kitchen sink. Why I give Correct Plumbing 5 Stars ""Great"" is for three major points:
1. When I called their office, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful to make my appointment.
2. The service plumber showed my tenants the issue and also said to let the landlord know, that's me, that when snaking the drain it appeared pretty rough within the pipe but was cleared.
3. I received a follow-up call from from John, one of the three partners of Correct Plumbing, to explain what his plumber had written regarding the service call. He asked me if the house had original pipes, which were installed in 1950, and that most likely explained why the snaking was scraping from the corrosion of the pipes.
I complemented John how the job was handled from the office appointment, to the plumber arriving on time, to resolving the problem, and finally a call for the follow-up. The company hit the bullseye on all these important areas!

I was given the best ETA and they delivered. My technician Andrew was friendly and had great personality. He was also well prepared for the task and got right to work within minutes. This is a great company. I shopped around for prices on two services I needed for my shower and they were the first business that gave me a straight forward price and were able to come out the next day. Toilet has been having an issue with the water tank level slowly dropping and refilling - which has put a dent in our water bill for some time now. Despite a new flapper and some minor home DIY attempts the problem persisted so I reached out to Correct Plumbing. John was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the problem and possible solutions & fixes. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule our appointment last minute but they remained understanding and still professional. I am planning to have them fix our toilet soon and, just based on the interaction thus far, would give them 5 stars. Will post update after the fix!

Andrew is your guy! Honest, friendly, and reliable. Helped replaced our old valves in our old home. Put in a new calve and new piping. Talked to me through the whole process, explained my options, and let me know what he was going to do before he touched it
