Contacted today to install undersink water heater in kitchen. John contacted me right away, and asked some clarifying questions. Sent him some pictures and he gave quote thru text. Scheduled work for *same day* (I know that's not always possible, but was impressed). Andrew came out during time window, installed quickly, and was very friendly and professional. Also took a quick look at our whole house tankless and gave me some tips.

Advanced equipment, responsible altitude, reasonable price. My kitchen sink got clogged, we called an plumber, it seemed rooter worked okay and we paid $100. Two days later, it clogged again! We called that plumber and told him the problem still exists, This one found all excuses not to show up. We had no choice but turned to Yelp. Yong Andrew was the first one to response my request and asked lot of details. When he arrived, he used his camera
To check what is really happened down there. He operated his strong rooter and worked very hard about half hour, finally water got through! By watching Andrew working with all his good tools, I feel confident that we will feel safe for quite long time! So happy I find plumber I can depend on.
