Our hot water heater has been acting up since friends stayed over at thanksgiving and I've been having to reset the breaker on it. Over the phone we had a recommendation to replace the whole thing. We happened to catch mark in between jobs and he was able to swing by and recommend just replacing the thermostats in it. As the heater itself was in good shape. Mark has some at his shop and a few hours later we had it good as new! Thanks mark!

We had him out twice to our condo remodel. He did the plumbing in the bathroom first. We had him back to do the gas lines later. He showed up injured and my husband had to help him to do the job. Actually my husband had to actually do all the physical work. And then he full popped him for the cost of the job. Nice.
While we remodeled the other bathroom the manager of the complex pointed out a leak in the garage where the first bathroom was. To make a long story shorter, with everyone using the finished bathroom, what was apparently a small leak became bigger.
Mark did not accept responsibility for his work. He did show up to re-do the joint after a video was provided but did not think he should pay for all the labor to tear out and replace the brand new tile. I mean he seriously thinks he is not responsible. I guess the bathroom fairy poked a hole in it.
Leaks happen. You fix them. But you should have the integrity to stand by your work. That is why we hire licensed contractors.

We purchased a condo in Mammoth Lakes in March of 2018 and have used Mark Coronado to install a new water heater, install new faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms, hook up a new dishwasher, and a few other plumbing tasks. Mark has been great. He is a really nice guy and is excellent at what he does.

Mark Coronado is the best. All I have to say is I had my bathroom redone by an outside contractor who did a less than good job and Mark not only bailed me out, but did it on a Saturday morning, last minute. I called him at 9am, he said he would be by in a few minutes. Not only did he show up at 9:30 on a Saturday morning, but fixed my plumbing issue in less than 1 hour. He not only took care of the issue, but gave me the piece of mind knowing it was done right. Professional and personal. I would recommend Coronado Plumbing for big or small jobs. Absolutely.

I live in the Los Angeles area. I needed a plumber to install a TOTO toilet in the mammoth lakes area. I contacted Mark Coronado and scheduled an appointment. The installation was scheduled for Saturday late afternoon at 3pm. Mark showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Installed the toilet in 30 minutes.
Mark was very professional. Perfect installation and left the work site in a clean and perfect condition. This was all completed Within reasonable price.

I really liked dealing with Mark from Coronado. He was pleasant, easy going, and gave me a sense of confidence.

I got him to do the plumbing for a kitchen remodel I did. His quote was a little cheaper than the others, which was odd as he spent about three times the investigative effort of the other companies I had come in to bid on the work.

His bill actually came in less than the bid as he found the work was less than he thought, and he added some extras on for free. Always good business.

The work he did was good and followed all codes. The jobsite was clean and neat after him, which I really appreciated.

Mark replaced our water heater and faucets and shower sets in both bathrooms and the kitchen faucet. He did an excellent job, was on time fast and fairly priced. It is difficult to find skilled and fair trades when you live out of town but I found a good one in Mark.
