Very disappointing experience. Bought a relay device for office heating system. The HVAC guy needed a double zone relay. I took it back for a replacement. Because there was a small screw missing, they refused to exchange it. After much discussion, even with the HVAC guy who told them that the device was not used and was only looked at, they refused anyway. So, I told them that they could keep it because I have no use for it. And they did. A thank you would have been nice . This is just a cautionary remark for people that your buy from there is final and they will not be accommodating. Thank you.

I typically don't write reviews, but this experience was excellent. I was very impressed by the entire process - from making the appointment, to showing up on time (calling 45 min ahead to give us a heads-up they were coming), to the thoughtful discussion about the problem, solution, and what we should think about for preventive maintenance going forward. Surprising to say, but my plumbing experience was enjoyable and now I feel like we have a great service partner for future needs.
