CB answered the telephone first call. The plumber was available within a few hours and arrived on time as planned. He was able to work free a very tricky tub clog (kids toy piece and hair). The work was not as expected but he was relentless until the water drained, at the cost of a few drain snakes. He was very pleasant and courteous. My hat off to him and CB service.

It started as soon as my call was answered. The young lady I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. She told me that as soon as the guys would return from their morning jobs someone would call me. Within 2.0 minutes I got a call and was told they would be at my house in 20 minutes! Three gentlemen arrived, one nicer than the other. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled to hear one gentleman ask a question about why he was being told to do something a particular way (he was in training) and his mentor said "" it's been done like this for years becauae it's the right way to do it and that's how we do it-right. I have never used Cornetta before but rest assured it is Cornetta I will call when I need a
umber again. Nice to see someone who takes pride in their work!!

Work they've done for elderly relatives over the years:

-Helped install a new kitchen
-Installed new gas shut offs for new stoves
-Troubleshooted the 80+ yr old furnace in my mother's house when the pilot light died during hurricane Sandy
-Fixed every leak in my mother's ancient house
-Fixed a gas leak that was left untreated by another diagnostician!
-And I'm sure many other issues yet to come!

I can always relax when I know they're working on the most recent ""case"" on aging family property knowing whatever the issue is they'll design a reasonable fix in reasonable time.

Fairly priced, courteous from office personnel to the plumber who arrives at your door, their work is precise, and neatly finished.

Cornetta brothers is the worst plumbing service around!!! They schedule appointments with you and never show up. When you call them to find out why they did not show up. They either tell you someone lost the ticket or they got too busy. I told them even if they got to busy they should of called me to reschedule or work later. I told the lady on the phone I could not use my sink or shower and she did not even seem to care. They are also extremely rude on the phone.

Called them because they are local. Big mistake apparently they outsource their Drain cleaning to another firm then tack on an exorbitant fee. I had a drain clogged and called them for service. 3 hours later a truck from citywide shows up and I let the guy in he does the job has me sign an invoice and leaves. I get a bill in the mail for $600. I call up to complain and they tell me that's the price. I call Citywide and I ask them how much it is to clear a sink drain and they tell me $175. So they're trying to tack on a $425 finders fee. Nope take me to court.

Had the pleasure of using Cornetta Plumbing. They are highly professional and knowledgeable. Punctual and immaculate, the work was completed as discussed in the time promised. We would certainly use them again.

They came for a simple toilet repair,after that they had to come back 4 times to make as many adjustments, they are not what they used to be, their prices now are double what I thought the fee was going to be . I'm never using them again!!!!!!!
