Great experience with Cornett - twice! I had Cornett over a few weeks ago to replace the hose bibs on my washer/dryer. Fast service, and a reasonable rate. I found a need to call them again a short time later.

I tried to install a smart thermostat on my HVAC and messed up the installation. I called Dale, and he came out the same day (today!) and told me that I had burned out my transformer (oops). He replaced it and verified that my smart thermostat is now working like it should.

I had Cornett plumbing up to do some preventive maintenance on my rental Condo. (Replace hoses under the sinks and toilets in kitchen and bathrooms) Also, the toilet tank handle was not turning in the guest bathroom. When the plumber tried to loosen it, he broke the ceramic
water tank. He the said that a new toilet will cost $450, but he will replace for $350 since he broke it. I protested and he lowered the price to $250. Called the main office to complain and the lady said there is nothing she could do.

Have used Cornett Plumbing 25+ years. Residential home and Condo. Always Excellent service. Dale is owner, good manager. This year have had two significant jobs. Dish Washer and recently Electric Hot Water Heater. Mike Madsen did both jobs. Professional, high quality workmanship. Will always ask for Mike if he is available. Recommend Cornett.

Had to get some major work done on some rusted pipes in my house and they did a very good job with getting the work done and getting it done throughly. It took them almost 2 days to get everything done, but they made sure to minimize how many walls they had to make holes in and got everything done correctly. They are a little more expensive but would rather not take a risk with something like plumbing and they give like a 20 year warranty on their work. Edwin (our plumber) did a great job and was very professional.

Wayne was great. Replaced a bad contact on our A/C unit. In and out in less than an hour. He also recommended regular maintenance tips to prolong system efficiency. Will definitely call again for any issues.

Long story short: Roger messed up, Dave saved the day. We had high hopes for this place because of all the reviews then Roger showed up. He came to install a brand new garbage disposal we had purchased. Once he was done and left, my husband noticed the lower bracket was rusted. He immediately contacted Roger. Roger explained it was the one off the old disposal and that we should just wipe off the rust. My husband asked where the new one was that came with the new disposal we had purchased. He said he had thrown it away. He kept insisting it was fine and continued to tell him to wipe off the rust. After much convincing, he finally came back and dropped off the part. Didn't install it. Now why would you ""throw away"" a brand new part that a customer had purchased without asking them first? Makes no sense. My husband had to call the office, then Dave had to come out and install the bracket and offered to fix caulking around the sink for us.

Do not use for re-piping and re circulation system terrible experience and results, do not use them for anything of this scope. They did not know current code requirements or current technology. They are OK for putting in a toilet or something simple like a garbage disposal.

It took them almost 4 weeks to complete. They'd be gone for 4 or 5 days then show up to work a little. I decided to pull a permit because they made me nervous about their workmanship and understanding. They failed the first inspection. They argued with me about what had to be completed to meet code, even after the city inspector told them what was code. The front office would not call me to tell me they would show up. They complained that it took longer because of the routing. Which is completely unfounded. We were remodeling and had a completely open kitchen and master bath down to the studs and an open attic. They were the first trade into the space.

They were unprepared for the job and had to use my ladders for access. They said ""The boss doesn't let us have tall ladders."" They said our wood was old and to strong so they were going to start notching structural members with a grinder, which I stopped. Turned out all they needed were to buy new drill bits.

They had installed the re circulation pump in backwards. They were going to pipe that pump so that it would have blocked access to the service the water heater burner, using 3 elbows to make the connections. I pointed out all you have to do is raise the pump one foot and you'd only need one elbow and it wouldn't block the water heater.

They left the re circulation pump running when it was air lock, I came back to find the pump making a terrible sound. and so hot you couldn't touch it.

I went with them since they were the middle quote, but they under scoped the work and ended up charging near my high end quote, but not for the same workmanship.

Again terrible experience and results, do not use them for anything of this scope.

Cornett Plumbing was great. I had an issue with my kids bathroom and not only did they try and help me over the phone and walk me through how to do a simple fix they did an awesome job fixing our sink. Dave O cam out and quickly fixed our under sink plumbing in less than 1 hour. He came at the time given over the phone and provided a respectable and fair quote without giving us any sales pitch for thing we didn't need. He was super friendly and didn't keep my wife busy while she was working from home.

We will be using Cornett Plumbing again.

Cornett is our go to place for any heating problems for sure! I've only been a homeowner for a little over the years and there's a lot I've learned and am still learning. The people here are always courteous and honest. Always have a good experience with them and have been able to make appointments pretty quickly. They do their work well.

We've called Cornett for other heating needs before and they've always explained everything calmly even with all our questions. I readily admit that I really don't know much about home maintenance! I just changed my furnace air filter after three years not realizing that we had to change it! This time around we wanted to do a furnace check as we haven't had one in all the time we've moved in. After extensive researching it seemed like it was something that we should be doing every single year.

Cornett came out this time and let us know that since we have a newer heating system, we didn't need any maintenance checks! We only needed to call for service if we found something went wrong! Well that's one thing I don't have to worry about doing every single year then! Thanks Cornett for being honest and telling us the truth about what's actually needed!
