We had called Cornett to check our HVAC, which had stopped working. Wayne came out and quickly determined the thermostat had failed, and it was replaced quickly. While on site they checked the remainder of the HVAC and confirmed it was working properly. I am appreciative of Wayne's prompt response and timely resolution of my problem. I plan to contact Cornett for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Dave did a wonderful job replacing a corroded water valve under a sink. Immediately, the company responded to my inquiry and I was able to receive service the next day. I can't say enough good things about this company. In the ten years we've been using their services they have consistently offered great service at reasonable prices. They are quite responsive when called and schedule their visits quickly. We've had them install clean outs as well as deal with smaller issues and the plumbers they send are always courteous and helpful.

When I called Cornett on 7/3/24, the day before the Fourth of July holiday weekend, I fully expected to arrange an appointment for the following week to fix some annoying but non-emergency plumbing problems. Instead I was informed that a technician would arrive between eleven and two that day! As a long time and well satisfied Cornett customer I expected good service but this was above and beyond.

Roger arrived at 1115 and diagnosed the problems in a few minutes and informed me that, luckily, he had the cartridge needed to fix one of the problems on his truck. In about an hour and a half, my bathroom was again functioning as it should.

If you need plumbing services or any of the associated services listed on their website, give these folks a try. They know what they're doing and they run their business the way a business should be run. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

Our water heater started leaking during the holiday weekend, but Wayne was quick to respond to my inquiry. Wow! I called on Monday to say i needed a new water heater. Said they'd be out in 2 hours. I said thank you but how about Tuesday morning. They said yes between 9 and 11 AM. On Tuesday morning they called me a little after 8 AM and said they were on their way. As I was leaving the house for a few minutes, I said give me a half hour and I will be right back. When I got home, they were out front waiting for me. They removed the old water heater, took it away and installed the new one in a very reasonable amount of time. The two guys that did the work were very polite and informative and thank you Cornette plumbing. I will definitely call you for the next issue.
