WoW! That was the fastest call ever. I felt like I was interrupting... they hung up saying they can't help me without hearing my question or request.

I used Cornett to get a new water heater in my house. The water heater was in the worst possible place. Tucked away in a tiny corner, behind under appliances, any plumber's nightmare. Brian came to my house and did a phenomenal job. He spent the day working on it, and my new one works way better than the old. This guy did a helluva job. If Brian comes to your house, consider yourself lucky, as he knows everything, will give you an honest, detailed opinion, and will work hard like a true professional.

Definitely recommend Cornett to anyone who's got a tough job or wants an honest opinion.

I had a slab leak. Called a company that does leak detection. He detected a leak, but he did not investiagte further into finding the manifold to cut off the leak temporarily.
I gave up on this company and called Cornett Plumbing. The receptionist was extremely polite and scheduled a plumber for that day.
Mikey showed up within 2 hours and in the same amount of time as the first guy, he found the manifold that fed to the bathroom that was causing the leak.
Mikey capped off the manifold, turned the water back on, no more slab leak.
He then provided an estimate that was extremely fair in pricing to re-route the cold and hot water piping. I approved it and he started immediately.
By the end of the first day, Mikey had already completed 90% of the copper plumbing re-route.
He came back promptly the next morning with another plumber named Alfredo.
They were extremely quick and neat. Job completed just after lunch.
We have running water again and no more leaks.

If you live in the South Bay and need a plumber, look no further than Cornett Plumbing and Heating. They are an excellent company. I will no longer have to look for plumbers as these are my go to guys from now one.

We used Cornett for our HVAC needs in our home a few years ago. My wife who handles all the household repairs was so impressed with Del, the owner, who came out. She had no problem remembering Cornett when she thought our AC was not working up to par during this recent heat wave.

She contacted Cornett and had an excellent experience with Manelle and another receptionist who were very kind and accommodating. She helped us fill a cancellation the next day! Ordinarily they are booked a month in advance, so we were lucky.

They called to let her know Wayne, the son, was on his way. He even called while on route. My wife was again impressed with his thoroughness and expertise.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Cornett, and will certainly use them again.

We recently had flooding in our garage due to a slab leak. We called Cornett and left a message. It was late at night so we honestly didn't expect them to call us right back although the yelp site does say they're 24/7. I called again the next morning and talked to the secretary who told us someone would come take a look that morning. Sure enough, Joshua came within an hour to take a look.

They're super busy these days so his earliest availability wasn't until two days later which wasn't ideal but fine with us. He said the job would take a day and a half but he was actually able to finish it all within a day! He did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. We could tell he has a lot of experience and he knew exactly what he was doing. We were so stressed out about the leak but his confidence put us at ease. He even talked to the HOA office for us and confirmed that it would be fully covered.

I highly recommend Cornett for any plumbing needs, especially Joshua!

During a recent heat-wave I noticed our central air conditioning wasn't blowing cool air. I went to Yelp to find the top AC repair companies and called the top 6. Cornett called me back the very next morning and I set up an appointment for the next day. While on the phone, Del explained to me just what I needed, how it's done and gave me a rough estimate.
The next morning Wayne called and said he was on the way. He showed up right on time, asked what I needed and started working immediately. He installed a new Honeywell digital thermostat, programmed it and explained how it worked. Wayne was very nice and professional. He then recharged my AC unit and checked the furnace and blower. He gave me a new washable & reusable filter at no charge. He then gave me advice on how I can DIY to make my furnace run more efficiently.
My family now enjoys a nice cool house even when it's scorching hot outside. Just in time for the next upcoming heat-wave.
I'm more than pleased & satisfied with how Cornett handled my AC needs from start to finish.

We highly recommend Cornett Plumbing - Heating.

Our house needed a total re-piping job with copper pipes. We interviewed a few different companies and decided on Cornett because the price was competitive and more so the professional- Jason- that came to our home was so reassuring and honest.

This is not a fun thing to go through at all and we had put it off for too long. Jason made us feel secure about our decisions on what product to chose and the best and most efficient way to re-pipe our home.

It took about four days and each morning Jason and Josh were on time and ready to start the work. They went out of their way to address all our questions and requests. They cleaned up the house as best as possible after each work day.

The re-piping is now finished and we are SO relieved. The job that Cornett did was outstanding. They did not take any short cuts and even did extra work towards the end of the project.

We are so glad we chose Cornett. We even went to their office before the job began and the office staff was so nice and professional and helpful.

Manal is one of the rudest people I've talked too. Can't believe the owner lets her talk to people the way she does and even answer the company phone. I live at an HOA that uses this company for plumbing so I've had to talk to her a couple of times when it comes to scheduling. The HOA has thought about canceling service with this company due to Manal being so rude to the homeowners, we have all complained to the board about her. The only reason they haven't got rid of them is due to cornett knowing the building so well. She is just rude and unprofessional. Seeing all the other comments about here tells me I am not the only one complaining about her and maybe the owner should figure something out to make her be a better employee instead of defending her.

Just had Wayne here to look at our A/C unit. Easy quick fix that he was more than happy to take care of for us. Explained everything thoroughly and price seemed absolutely reasonable. Would recommend for sure!
