Manal is one of the rudest people I've talked too. Can't believe the owner lets her talk to people the way she does and even answer the company phone. I live at an HOA that uses this company for plumbing so I've had to talk to her a couple of times when it comes to scheduling. The HOA has thought about canceling service with this company due to Manal being so rude to the homeowners, we have all complained to the board about her. The only reason they haven't got rid of them is due to cornett knowing the building so well. She is just rude and unprofessional. Seeing all the other comments about here tells me I am not the only one complaining about her and maybe the owner should figure something out to make her be a better employee instead of defending her.

Just had Wayne here to look at our A/C unit. Easy quick fix that he was more than happy to take care of for us. Explained everything thoroughly and price seemed absolutely reasonable. Would recommend for sure!

Two years ago we had a new heater installed by So Cal Plumbing & Heating. They called and we were advised by them that we should have the unit checked since it was over 2 yrs old. Their technician checked the heater and the ducts in our attic and advised us that there was asbestos in the ducts which would require the removal and replacement of all the ducts. The cost would be about $4,000. We decided to get a second opinion and called Cornett Plumping and Heating, who we have used in the past and we're always happy with their service. The technician, Wayne Cornett came at the scheduled time and checked everything out and told me that there was no problem with the ducts in the attic and that the asbestos was properly covered. He also noticed that the heater that we purchased from So Cal Plumping was too big for the size of our home and that was the reason it was so loud when it was on. He was great and saved us $4,000!
We've used Cornett many times in the past and their technicians were always very professional, knowledgeable and honest.

My wife learned a lot of salad doesn't go down the garbage disposal. I had to call Cornett out for an emergency since we had friends coming later this evening to stay a couple of days. Josh came and was very courteous. He drained all the water (there was over 10 gallons of grossness), checked and cleared the traps and ran a snake. He checked for leaks and cleaned everything up. I definitely will use Cornett again and want to thank Josh.

We discovered a pin hole leak in a our main water pipe so we got recommendations from neighbors and called Cornett Plumbing. They arrived the next day to fix the leak and main valve shut off to the house which had rusted off. The work was straight forward and simple, the results were not. The Cornett plumber told me all I needed was a clamp on the pipe that would last as a long as the pipe itself, he ""guaranteed it"". He also said he would fix the main valve shut off.

Within a week the ""guaranteed"" clamp was leaking. Worse yet, the main valve shutoff did not completely shut off the water flow to the house. I had to pay another plumber $300 to fix the mess Cornett made. I thought about calling Cornett to repair their work, but why bother.

Was really disappointed in the work performed, will certainly not use Cornett ever again.

Wayne and his guys were professional, punctual and did the job as promised. I had central heating installed. I had a wall heater that wasn't working and my house was freezing. Now I'm warm and cozy in every room of my house. Wayne really went over and above. Thank you!

Wayne, you have a receptionist/secretary working against the profitability of your business! She's extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative, and has absolutely no business whatsoever dealing with the public or in customer service. I was referred by a property management company and tried getting an appointment TWICE to no avail with this woman who wouldn't give me her name, but is answering your calls! You have an enemy on your own payroll who's sabotaging your business!

I just had my furnace fixed by L & R who came out just within hours of a phone call. And the receptionist was professional, courteous, and wanted the business! She ASKED if she could put me hold AND actually came back to continue scheduling! Imagine that! She even called to inform me when tech was 20 min away. Your receptionist/secretary could learn from her!

We used this company for the first time. Our choice was based on some positive reviews.
The service guy came on the second day after placing our order. The guy has found and fixed the problem within 45 minuets. It was a simple fixed. Quick and easy and no parts were used. To our surprise the bill was not as reasonable as we thought. They refused to give a breakdown for the amount billed. We have no choice but have to pay what ever they asked. We will not use this company again.

Our 20+ year old heater suddenly stopped working. Wayne first tried a relatively low cost solution, to no avail. He explained what parts were failing and the cost to repair the heater versus the cost of a new one. We decided it was time to replace it and Wayne provided new model options and advice. After placing the order, he came back a few days later and installed the heater and thermostat, and ran new wires to connect to the thermostat. Great work, professional, and nice to deal with.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I made the mistake of changing the filter in our heater. When I completed the job the heater would not come on. I called Cornett Plumbing and Heating and the next day Dave came out to fix it. He was very friendly and explained how our heater worked. He saw the problem right away, he fixed our heater and now it is working great. I've decided no more in home projects for me. Truth be said put a tool in my hand and I am an accident looking for a place to happen. From now on for our yearly maintenance of our heater I will call Cornett Pluming & Heating!!!!!
