Omar and Robert came out to assess my plumbing problem and leaking toilet.
They listened to what I said and went to the source of the problem. All the staff that helped us was great but sometimes it takes that expertise of wisdom to figure it out. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT CORNERSTONE!
Jolene was so helpful and cared about getting plumbers out to help me and I thank you! You guys are great and I am so appreciative for everything. No unprofessionalism here. Sometimes a homeowner just needs to have some understanding about their situation because these guys come in blind as to what is going on. I should know since my dad was a plumber..

The plumber showed up today with no mask on. He did not mention that he was going to charge us to just look at the job. After looking at what was already described to the office staff, he said it would have to be scheduled for some time next week. This leaves us with no hot water in the meantime. He could not provide an exact date as he wrote up our bill and waited until we wrote him a check.
This is the most unprofessional way of doing business that I have ever experienced. They advertise that they wear mask during there services and that is completely Not True. Our neighbors also viewed this complete ordeal.

They showed up at my neighbors house with no mask and charged them to just look at the problem. They could not say when it could be fixed other than some type next week.

Go with another plumber. They will show up without the proper tools and then leave for about 45 minutes to drive up the labor price. On the first service visit when installing new faucet/handles, after returning with the supposed "proper tools" after being gone 45 minutes, the plumber then sat around 2 other times waiting on another plumber to show up with more tools, all the while continuing to charge us labor! Then when he called us to take a look at the finished service we informed him that he had installed the handles incorrectly (pointing forward in the off position) and he proceeded to argue with us that that was how he had to install them. When we followed with to complain with the company they sent the same plumber out the second time to fix it, which he installed them in the correct position the second time, chipped the tub, and then wanted to argue with us and billed us for the parts they needed to get to fix their mistake! I will never use them again.

Called on the weekend and made an appointment for Monday through their very obnoxious answering service. The girls answering the phone at the service had no clue what they were doing and were fairly unhelpful. Once one of the actual employees called me back, we made an appointment for Monday morning, first thing, 9:30. On Monday at 9 I get a call stating they don't "do" appointments and they had another job they had already gone to, so the best they could offer me was to give me a call thirty minutes before they headed out. I had already arranged my schedule around them showing up for the appointment THEY had made, but I figured a small delay wouldn't be that big of a deal. When they hadn't shown up by almost noon I called to cancel. Exceedingly unprofessional behavior. If you make an appointment, keep it. Don't then later claim you don't make appointments. And if you're going to be over two hours late to the time that YOU set, at least call with updates.

Unprofessional and disappointing! After two service calls, incompetent staff, and a lot of money, my toilet still leaks! No calls returned from office after complaints. I would NEVER recommend Cornerstone.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They were sent to our home through Atmos to switch our gas from natural to propane. They broke my outside faucet and switched my hose out for theirs. POS hose. They were supposed to replace my stove with one equal or better and the one they stuck me with is smaller than the one I had. Argued with them to no avail. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. I am still upset with how we were treated. And now we can't get our propane tank refilled because they never gave the propane man a test result they were supposed to do. GRRRRRRRR

I called Cornerstone Plumbing in to install a gas log fireplace. The fireplace already had an existing gas pipe with a cap on it. Their first technician came out and could not get the cap off the pipe and ended up breaking off the gas line about a foot under all of the bricks for the fireplace.

They sent another crew out to fix that problem and ended up charging me $421 for something that originally should have only taken about 15 or 20 minutes and cost less than $100. They said they gave me a 10% discount because of the inconvenience, but justified the extra cost by saying that they would have had to reroute the line anyway. They moved the line a whole 6 inches. I never asked for a line to be rerouted and the first technician was not going to do that. I just wanted them to install it on the current gas line.

They also billed me for 4.5 hours when they were only there 2 hours and 22 minutes. The security cameras at my house show them arriving and leaving. So the amount of time they were there is not even in question.

I will not use these people again and will not recommend them to anyone.

I had an after-hours plumbing emergency and called Cornerstone Plumbing. Steven came out, was very knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with his courteous and professional manner,and I will be calling Cornerstone Plumbing with all my plumbing needs in the future.

Did not show up for their appointment and did not call to let you know they want be there... would not recommend them.... many other good plumbers in Waco...
