About 1 month ago I hired Cornerstone plumbing to look at a clogged toilet line I had. They had to come out 3 different times, collectively charging me over $1000 and never fixed the problem. They provided me an estimate for over $20,000 to repipe my whole house. I hired Flow Plumbing Services for a second opinion and for $700 they dug up and fixed the broken pipe causing the issues and everything is now working great.

This week my tenant called Cornerstone again to have them come out and look at the water heater. I got a call from Brittney who informed me a needed a new water heater installed. After calling Flow again and getting a second opinion, for $105 they relit the pilot light on the water heater and everything is working again.

Very disappointed with service. They didn't know they had to get a permit and my gas had to be shut off until they could get someone out to properly inspect the work. I'm not impressed with the way the owners operate their business at all.

After dealing with this company on two separate occasions, I can definitely say I will NEVER use them again! They show up without the proper tools, then charge you for the time necessary to go back and get the proper tools or parts! The labor fees are astronomical for the amount of time spent on site, and I had to reschedule them to come back and then they weren't even able to complete the job I had called them out for!! Out $900.00 and the same issue continues... NEVER AGAIN!!!

Was a waste of $275.00. He came took some pictures went and sat in his truck 3 times smoked talked on phone for 15 to 20 minutes a time looked outside and under our sink and left

Omar and Robert came out to assess my plumbing problem and leaking toilet.
They listened to what I said and went to the source of the problem. All the staff that helped us was great but sometimes it takes that expertise of wisdom to figure it out. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT CORNERSTONE!
Jolene was so helpful and cared about getting plumbers out to help me and I thank you! You guys are great and I am so appreciative for everything. No unprofessionalism here. Sometimes a homeowner just needs to have some understanding about their situation because these guys come in blind as to what is going on. I should know since my dad was a plumber..

The plumber showed up today with no mask on. He did not mention that he was going to charge us to just look at the job. After looking at what was already described to the office staff, he said it would have to be scheduled for some time next week. This leaves us with no hot water in the meantime. He could not provide an exact date as he wrote up our bill and waited until we wrote him a check.
This is the most unprofessional way of doing business that I have ever experienced. They advertise that they wear mask during there services and that is completely Not True. Our neighbors also viewed this complete ordeal.

They showed up at my neighbors house with no mask and charged them to just look at the problem. They could not say when it could be fixed other than some type next week.

Go with another plumber. They will show up without the proper tools and then leave for about 45 minutes to drive up the labor price. On the first service visit when installing new faucet/handles, after returning with the supposed "proper tools" after being gone 45 minutes, the plumber then sat around 2 other times waiting on another plumber to show up with more tools, all the while continuing to charge us labor! Then when he called us to take a look at the finished service we informed him that he had installed the handles incorrectly (pointing forward in the off position) and he proceeded to argue with us that that was how he had to install them. When we followed with to complain with the company they sent the same plumber out the second time to fix it, which he installed them in the correct position the second time, chipped the tub, and then wanted to argue with us and billed us for the parts they needed to get to fix their mistake! I will never use them again.

Called on the weekend and made an appointment for Monday through their very obnoxious answering service. The girls answering the phone at the service had no clue what they were doing and were fairly unhelpful. Once one of the actual employees called me back, we made an appointment for Monday morning, first thing, 9:30. On Monday at 9 I get a call stating they don't "do" appointments and they had another job they had already gone to, so the best they could offer me was to give me a call thirty minutes before they headed out. I had already arranged my schedule around them showing up for the appointment THEY had made, but I figured a small delay wouldn't be that big of a deal. When they hadn't shown up by almost noon I called to cancel. Exceedingly unprofessional behavior. If you make an appointment, keep it. Don't then later claim you don't make appointments. And if you're going to be over two hours late to the time that YOU set, at least call with updates.

Unprofessional and disappointing! After two service calls, incompetent staff, and a lot of money, my toilet still leaks! No calls returned from office after complaints. I would NEVER recommend Cornerstone.
