WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Was without water for several days because they screwed up EVERYTHING. Do not use these people.

They came to the house Oct 31 to check my water heater. A part was to be replaced and the tech said it would be ordered. After 3 weeks and a dozen calls only 2 of which were answered by a live human, the part still did not arrive. No one called me back to tell me when it would come . Even an email was not answered. I finally decided to order the part and I got it in 3 days. I paid a local plumber to do it . It cost me $700 which my insurance would have paid if Cornerstone had done it! It's now Nov 24 and I still don't have any response from Cornerstone plumbing. Use them at your own risk

My house is 15 months old and already fixtures are comming loose. Custom built home, and JUNK in a 500,000 dollar home! No response and they DO NOT BACK UP THE WORK. Word to the wise, find another firm. The owner is about one time service.

I have used this firm more than once, but will not use them again. I had a toilet crack and when they installed a new one it was an expensive model. The paperwork indicated I had spoken to the owner and requested it. I never spoke to the owner about this particular issue; and I made it clear that I was planning to sell the house when I called and didn't want to spend a lot of money. I happened to have the flu when the plumber came to do the work, so admittedly I was off my game, so I wrote the check and didn't question it. My bad. Followup - I sold the home, and during the inspection there was an issue regarding that particular toilet - it wasn't seated properly and the bolts that were used were the wrong ones, so not only did I get taken by Cornerstone, I had to pay to have their mistakes fixed. I won't use them and certainly will never recommend them again.
