As a committed family man, Michael grew up immersed in the plumbing industry. His father immigrated from Ecuador in the 1970s and established a successful plumbing company from the ground up to support his family. At a young age, Michael absorbed valuable lessons about the plumbing business from his father. He acquired the skills necessary to excel as a plumber and learned the significance of responsibility, integrity, and caring for one’s family.
