I'm going to have to start this off like a previous Yelper started his review! We couldn't believe it!!! We found an honest, hardworking and reasonably priced plumber.

We contacted Eric as soon as we discovered a leak my husband temporarily fixed came back to haunt us with a vengeance. He didn't answer our call and I left him a message but within the hour he had returned our call! We then scheduled for him to come out give us an estimate and see if he could fix it ASAP! No Laundry for weeks would've been a nightmare for this mom. He came out the morning after 4th of July and gave us a reasonable and accurate quote.

Eric then returned the following week to repair the old pipers in our older home. He was great with communication and such a hard worker! He was super clean and so professional.

I can not rant and rave enough about how amazing Eric is! He puts our minds to rest and we know we could trust him. My husband and I have been through so many horrific plumbers, we are so happy we have found Eric.

What a great experience! I couldn't figure out why water was coming out of my kitchen sink when I was doing laundry. I troubleshooted and found that my garage clean out was clogged. I tried to snake it myself but my tools were insufficient. I called Eric and he was out to my home within an hour. He worked quickly and had the problem solved shortly after arriving. He was professional and his prices were lower than any of the other companies I had called. I would highly recommend him to anyone in North County!

Wow... an honest plumber! They exist! Eric came out to my house after I had an issue with my shower. I was trying to rebuild the valve, and ended up making it worse - so much so that turning the water back on wasn't really an option until it was fixed. I called him on a Sunday and he came out very quickly to evaluate the sitatuion. He was able to cut the existing pieces out and get the pipe capped off so I could get the water back on. Good start! Since this wasn't our main bathroom, I wasn't in a hurry to replace the parts needed to get it operational again, so I had him come back later in the week to replace the missing parts. He got that done fairly quickly, and it works and looks perfectly. The prices were more than reasonable also, even though the Sunday fix had emergency rates tacked on to it. I was so impressed that I had him come and replace our pressure regulator valve that didn't seem to be functioning.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the services provided. He was fast, efficient, and I felt that his prices were very fair, both on parts and labor. The overall customer service experience was exceptional as well. He took the time to explain in very simple terms what was needed and why and made a few recommendations without being a pushy sales guy. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the job. Highly recommended!
