I can't comment on the work quality but I can comment about the poor decision to park in the only handicapped parking space, with no placards/plates, in the entire parking lot. The lot wasn't full there were plenty of open parking spaces. I guess someone didn't want to get wet. I can only imagine how soaked the poor handicapped person would be who couldn't park there. As someone with disabled family members and friends, who luckily weren't with me today, this is disappointing behavior. You can and should do and/or enforce better behavior!

You will not find anyone better than these guys. I had an AC problem and called someone I had used in the past. It was a few days before the July 4th weekend and things were really hot outside. It took a week for the guy to show up and then he told me that he was too old to crawl around in the attic, and I would have to find a younger person to do the work.

I asked for a recommendation from someone in the trades and they said to call Cornerstone. They came out the same day and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I will never use anyone else for AC or plumbing as long as they maintain this lever of service.

Cornerstone is great. I called them when my hot water heater let go. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. He installed my new water heater very quickly and efficiently. I recently hired Cornerstone because my boiler let go. When I called he quickly got back to me and was at my house within the day for a quote. Although it wasn't an emergency, he had my new one installed and operating by the end of the week. The best way I can describe his work is clean. Thank you Shayne!

Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a complaint on here after a disgusting experience.
I received a missed call from this company's phone number (774)400-6766 - when I returned the call, a man named Shane answered, and when I asked him how he got my phone number, he replied that he ""looked up the word 'slut' in the phone book and found my number.""
Once I asked him if he was calling from a business, he laughed and then said his name was actually Jacob. I am repulsed and shocked that the number and person linked to that phone call is supposed to be representing a business.

Great company! First off they are very friendly and really put their customers best interest first. Cornerstone installed a hot water heater in my home and did an amazing job. Very efficient and fast and great work. I would highly recommend cornerstone for any of your HVAC and home improvement needs.

very humble and reasonable price; excellent craftmanship and integrity. I had several problems at house as temperatures were close to 0F, two pipes froze and one of the furnace motors broke. Shayne was very easy to work with and worked hard into the late hours and even tried to fix the faucet valve so that i don't have to spend the money on buying new one. I had another guy, Frank with 30 years of experience work on my HVAC in parallel because he was highly recommended by an engineer friend (he knows a lot of professionals) and couldn't answer my questions on some issues i was having on the Nest thermostat and a substitute for antifreeze for my boiler for radiator heating. worst, this frnak installed me a motor that was less efficient and more expensive than what Shayne came up with, which led me to cancel my contract with Frank for a bigger repair and have Shayne do my furnace revamp. Shayne knew very logical answers for these that the 30 yr veteran gave wishy washy answers. Shayne hasn't yet given much attention to internet so i am writing this review so that you can save your day with Shayne while the other guys are busy ripping us off. Plus he was actually formally trained in this stuff, which makes a big difference. I wish Shayne all the best to continue to serve his customers the way he did for me as i am sure he will get more and more calls from yelp.
