Been struggling with an issue with our newer water heater and Jake was able to figure out the issue in just a few moments. He explained the needed repairs, what some of the symptoms are, and how the repair would help. He completed the work very quickly and was very thoughtful. Thank you Jake!

We first reached out to Cornel's to potentially have a tankless water heater installed. Eric came by and actually suggested a much cheaper and efficient alternative to our need, which was instant hot water in our showers. We decided to go ahead and get a recirculating pump installed. We also decided to get a Flo by Moen installed along with repairs to an outdoor hose bib that was defective.

Thomas came and did the work. He unthreaded the difficult to service hose bib, and replaced it. He flushed our water heater and installed the Flo. He also installed the recirculating pump. Shortly after the install, we started to see really high water pressure in our system (spiking to 132 psi overnight!) and we also got really hot water in our sink in the mornings. Turns out, we had a bad PRV. I called Cornel's and Eric came back out the very next day, audited our system, identified the faulty PRV and fixed us up the same day! He also added a thermal expansion tank to our water heater.

We also had a micro leak losing about a gallon of water a day, that was solved too! Per Eric, it's likely due to the tremendous water pressure we had.

I really can't recommend these guys enough. Thorough work, informative and stand behind their work. And also, highly recommend getting something to monitor your water system.

We need a tub and faucet installed into plumbing that had been roughed in years ago. Cornel's was very quick to respond to my Yelp request.
The space requires certain dimensions for the tub and faucet, so Jake came out to verify that those we selected would work prior to purchasing them. He also provided an estimate and thoroughly explained the scope of work, potential challenges, and the ways to resolve them.
Items are ordered and installation will be done in a couple weeks.

Justin came out to fix two places where a pipe had burst in the attic space over my garage. He was only scheduled for 2 hours. Turned out there were seven areas that need pipe repair due to the line bursting from the recent freeze and power outage.
The work was done excellently and Justin made sure all areas were repaired.
Additionally, the prices they charged were, in my opinion, very reasonable considering the unexpected and extensive repair that was needed. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Ed and Jaden (Jayden?) were great. Arrived on time, got updates from them and the main office.
Initially checked availability through Yelp, but it was a quick call to schedule, and they had same day availability!
Initially thought we had a clog gone wrong but Ed and Jaden were up on ladders and found the non-plumbing issue in minutes. They addressed the issue and snaked the partial-clog to be safe (they offered, I agreed) and made recommendations for general pipe ""cleaning"" too, even if I didn't opt for it.
Such a relief to have the peace of mind and know the issue is identified and that if I have more actual plumbing issues in the future, I can reach out to Cornel's plumbing. Thanks!

After our furnace started throwing up lots of red flags this winter (thankfully without completely crapping out) and after a series of service calls, I felt it was time for a furnace shopping expedition. I lean toward locally owned businesses rather than mega-chains and Cornel's Plumbing fit the bill. They were the second company to get my estimate request for a new gas furnace (with installation) and I was not disappointed; the service tech came out within a couple of days, and not only brought a pile of literature with several options for a new unit (at varying price points) but also did a full inspection of our existing furnace (showing me video of what he saw inside), giving me information about the mechanics and our home's footprint -- which was more than the last guy did. He was extremely friendly and super-informative and even checked to see if our 22-year old unit was pumping out elevated levels of carbon monoxide. (Relieved to find out, no.) The estimates were not the priciest nor were they the cheapest, but reasonable for sure, and the tech's vibe was comfortable without being pushy. Even though we did not end up going with Cornel's, they will definitely be on our list for future service calls.

I read how for $49. to send some one out to evaluate it go for the job if you hired them.. So that's the catch the scam to hire them so your not out your $49.00..And say you know already what the problem is & how much the part costs & you can go get it & it take less than an hour job &
