Contracted via Home Depot, the planned work involved installation of a garbage disposal; a faucet; and an angle stop valve for the hot water; all to replace kitchen sink items which were in poor condition, as were their as-found installation. There was nothing open and shut (there's a pun in there somewhere) about the work to be performed: the old faucet had to be saw-cut in order to get it removed from the sink; the cold-water valve also had to be replaced; and the disposal's associated PVC plumbing had to be completely redone. In all, the installation was 100% professional and the workmanship top-notch. Note that all communication leading up to the installers' arrival was expertly handled by Valerie at Corliss and Son. Her follow-ups left nothing to chance. They have a great team!

I had a really good experience with Corliss Plumbing. I contracted countertops to be installed through Home Depot. Part of that job required hooking up the plumbing, dishwasher, and garbage disposal to my brand new kitchen sink.

Making appointments and getting questions answered was easy and painless through Valerie who answers the main phone line at Corliss Plumbing. Valerie is completely awesome and has amazing customer service skills. So nice to have somebody who really seems happy to do their job and to help you out. I even requested new angle stops to be installed because one of mine was old and had a slow drip leak. It was no problem for Valerie to add this service to the existing job ticket and the prices were very reasonable as well.

The day of the appointment, the plumber Tony showed up on time and refreshingly, he had a good appearance, great manners, and was completely professional (you never know who is going to appear at your door when you call a plumber to your house). Tony did great to answer all of my questions and did an awesome job installing all of my new below the sink plumbing components, dishwasher, garbage disposal and the last minute, added on hot and cold water angle stops.

My hot water heater went out during the night. The Office Manager, Valerie, was kind enough to schedule the installation of a new one THE SAME DAY so I was without hot water for a total of about 5 hours. The technicians who came to my home were professional, installed the water heater quickly, gave me easy-to-understand operating instructions and cleaned up after themselves as if nobody had even been there! I cannot say enough GREAT things about my experience!

I will DEFINITELY use them again and tell all my friends and family about my wonderful experience.

We were connected to Corliss via Home Depot for new water heater installation. Valery, the receptionist, was excellent at helping us decide which water heater would work in our home. She asked us to take pics of the current one and send to her, so she could forward to the installer and have him decide if the model we wanted would fit. She was helpful above and beyond what is normally expected. Excellent customer service, of the kind you don't see often! Tony, the installer, was professional, fast, and efficient. After installation, he explained how to reset the pilot light in case of it going out, and demonstrated how the new sensor works. No complaints. I'll be using Corliss again!
