I paid Corley thousands of dollars for a new A/C unit and ducts. I recently had an issue with a duct that needed to be replaced. I pre-scheduled an appointment and took off work. Only to be told the afternoon of the appointment they were canceling because of """"emergencies."""" I rescheduled for a week later, taking off work and rearranging schedules. Was told I was getting the 8 am slot so I wouldn't get canceled on. They canceled a SECOND time, again siting """"emergencies."""" They do not care about their clients unless you pay their monthly fee apparently. They do not stand behind their work. I would not recommend.

No Stars! Corley ABANDON the JOB! Corley plumbing drain snake is stuck in my toilet sewer drain which has been exposed in my downstairs' bathroom since 9/25/2024, Corley has NOT contacted us, said anything not even offer us a portable potty. We have sewer smell in the house, not to mention the sewerage they waste on the basement step and didn't clean it up, which was wash down into our basement. The hurricane flooded our basement so now its weeps the smell of sewerage. It's been 22 days not one word. But they knew what they did after speaking with another plumbing company, they informed us it's going to cost us $50k/$60K to get the drain snake out and replace the sewer lines since it's under a concrete slab. 10/16/2024 the drainpipe started backing up into our bathtub and toilet due to the drain snake blocking and stuck in the sewer line. We are not able to move out, hotels are pricey and the one FEMA will pay for are booked solid, my son had an asthma attack Sunday and went to the doctor Thursday night, my husband and I coughing, and runny nose, my daughter is having headaches and runny nose it's sad how they have abandon us like this at a time like this. Who knew your this sh-t could make you sick or kill you.

Developed a problem with new HVAC purchased through Corley 10 months ago. The team at Corley's were busy working until 130am Sunday morning but managed to arrive at our home on Monday afternoon to get our AC working again - minor issue, but still required the technical expertise of an HVAC Technician. Corley's sent their best HVAC Tech - (Cypress)... a dynamic professional who had us up and running again within an hour. Cypress didn't just leave the job site once the HVAC returned to normal operation, he reinspected and performed a secondary diagnostic just to make sure. I hope Corley continues to invest in people like Cypress... he's certainly a huge ROI (return on investment), and guys like him will continue to help Corley grow in a positive direction!

2 stars as they did respond to my inquire but I will not pay a dispatch charge for a estimate on a 240v outlet. There are several other companies that will do it for free. In this day in time $59 is not a lot of money but it is a lot of money if you get my drift. Glad I checked the reviews on yelp to know to ask if this is true. The reviews on google are misleading in my opinion as the true ones are listed here on yelp. Please keep in mind this in my opinion and based on my experience. Do your research and determine if this is a company you would like to do business with. For me, it's a hard no. Did appreciate the fast response though.

They wanted to charge me a ser charge even though I asked for just an estimate. I told them that I wasn't interested in dealing with them

Requested H/AC repair. Stephanus came and fixed the problem. He was efficient, courteous, very knowledgable and friendly. He is one of a kind. You should be proud to have people such as him working for you. Lamar Lehman, MD

I am amazed that Corley was able to get my issues resolved today within just a few hours of making a call to them. It is all thanks to their Hero Perry. He was very friendly and was able to get my tankless water heater operational within a few minutes. He also detected a gas leak that I had and then helped me troubleshoot some stopped up and leaking plumbing in my bath. I will definitely call him again if I need something. 10 out of 10 in my book.

In the many years that we have used Corley, we have never been disappointed. They always arrive on time, are respectful and considerate of our home and thorough in their work. If I had any complaints it would be that they are a bit expensive but they also have been open to negotiation. We choose Corley for all of our home's major repairs. We especially appreciate their service veteran's perks.

Received a quote from Corley Plumbing for a 22 kW emergency Generac generator installation, the quote was not broken down in detail. Long short, I received a quote from Five Star here in Greenville, for close to $7,500 less, plus an upgraded (24kW) generator. I did not find Corley's service men knowledgeable about zoning nor capacity requirements. Since the Corley's sold out, the firm went to hell. Just trying to profit from folks that do not know any better. Then they drive around in Mercedes Benz vans, and advertise on every local TV station, who is paying for all of that! For me Corley, perhaps once, reputable, has become rip off central.

Reading Mitzi's response makes me even more aware of the need for changes at the new Corley. Also important not to fix what was not broken. I'm grateful there are other heating and air options.
