We have so-so feelings after dealing with Corley. I would check around to compare prices since they are high but we were needing things done quickly so were left with them. And get everything in writing! The agreement we signed had limited info on it, I would suggest adding anything they said they would do just to cover things. The 'salesman' we signed the agreement with went back on his words after the job was in process, acting like I miss heard him. He also claimed he relayed messages to the crew which he did not. As for the work they do a great job. The crew was very nice and respectful! But like I said you pay for it!

Way overpriced. Our main circuit breaker went bad and they wanted to charge over $700 to change it. On top of that wanted to upsell us basic things like re-wiring the board and greasing the line for over $1800 total! I picked up the part for $103 and my brother in law (retired electrician) changed it in about an hour. Corley must think we are stupid.

If you want to throw money away, hire Corley. I needed new duck work and have a sunroom that. I was quoted $20,000 for unit for sunroom or do a split unit for $9500. I did not hire another firm when he told me to add a seperate zone to my current unit for the sunroom. Guess waht Corley told me today. After I paid them $11,000 for new duck work, new do add a zone to current unit and need to REDO duct work that they are going to charge me for doing AGAIN. I would have paid the money in the beginning. They said the sales guy is gone and blamed him. REALLY, all the misquotes and mistakes. If you want to use CORLEY, call or text me, I will show they screwups and MANAGEMENT NEVER CALLED TO Apologize. I should have walked before but I WAS DUMB. Don't burn your money like me. They are very polite but the reviews are correct they are way overpriced. They quoted a new air conditioning system and we luckily decided to get more quoted. I got three quotes. Corley was over double what the other two quoted. I'll pay a little extra for good service but not over double.

Extremely disappointed!!!! I had an electrician come out to put up a flood light. I was not home by my wife was. He quoted her 480 dollars to put in a junction box and mount the light. That seems quite high, so she politely declined. I guess the technician forgot we have a ring doorbell but once she closed the door, while standing on my front porch, he said """"what a female dog"""". Needless to say, as a husband that loves his wife, I was angry!! I called Corley and spoke to a manager. Basically I was told, he never does this, and he will get a talkin to. I asked if they were going to make this right, and he basically said no. What a shame.

Avoid at all costs. Pricing is outrageous. They go out of their way to hide their pricing from you because it is so ridiculous.

We got a new washer and dryer and the installers discovered that our hot water valve was rusted and the cold water wouldn't turn off. Being in the middle of this pandemic and the plumbing company we usually use being closed we called Corley. What a terrible mistake. They charged an astronomical amount. The only good thing I can say about them is the person doing the work was great. You can be sure I will never call them again!

Our tankless water heater stopped working over the weekend, so we called Corley who installed it less than 8 months ago to come out and assess/fix it. After assessment, Corley told us that installing a brand new water heater (which would cost over $3,500) would likely be our cheapest option, as the cost for repair could quickly add up, despite the water heater being under warranty. The Corley technician also told us that in order to repair the water heater, it would require a minimum of a 2 hour phone call with the water heater manufacturer and would cost $500/hour, which he said the manufacturer charges (we later confirmed directly with the manufacturer that this is false). He said that we would then have to factor in parts and labor costs into the repair total. After the Corley technician left, we called the manufacturer directly and confirmed that they do not charge $500/hour (or any fee for that matter) to provide technical support - in fact, they reimburse a certain amount under their labor warranty! The manufacturer shipped us the parts directly (for free) and we found an alternate plumbing service to complete the repair, which took less than an hour and a half and was free (as it was covered under the manufacturer's labor warranty). We will never call Corley again.

I wrote a review on Corley a month ago when they had done what I thought was a good job replacing our water heater. A few months later when a leak appeared, I called Margo, a manager, and she acted professional and said they would send someone out to help since they had sold us a top of the line water heater. Except when it actually came time to fix it, they accepted no responsibility and said it wasn't their fault even though it didn't leak until AFTER they sold us the most expensive kind they could and charged us more than any other quote we got. We used them because they had helped us in the past but apparently they don't have the same standards anymore and only care about up-selling and moving on to a new customer. I will NOT be using them again. I called another service out and they said the leak was almost certainly due to the work Corley had done (it was leaking at a connection point between the new heater and our older piping).

Super professional company. I use them for all Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC needs. If you want something done right the first time by trained professionals this is the right company. I have had many techs from their company come out (Josh, Xavier, etc) and they are all highly skilled and know how to assess the issues and communicate and perform the work. If your focus is only price then go find a cheap plumber, this company is professional and you get what you pay for!
