Had a great experience with this company. Yesterday Dave, Matt and Ryan showed up at my house right on time to install a heat-pump hot water heater in my basement. I was a little anxious about the unit but, had spoken to Richard about a month prior to the installation as well as another conversation with Dave who assured me that he had exactly the same unit installed in his home and was happy with it. They both gave me a lot of info on the product which helped ease my mind. They were friendly and knowledgeable, no fuss, no muss. I had also asked while making my original appointment that somebody take a look at my monitor heater, I was having whiffs of exhaust on occasion. They had a look at it and found that my exhaust to the outside was loose and they just tightened it. Later Matt removed the grill and had a look at the machine, he advised me that it looked good and most likely will need service next spring. I was expecting bad news and it was something easily taken care of...amazing! After hot water heater installation was finished, Dave went over how it works as it's entirely different from anything I've had before and now feel very comfortable with this unit. Had a great experience with Perfect Plumbing, the guys were great...couldn't have asked for a better experience...thank you!

Waste of time. Literally. Waited today for over three hours and multiple phone calls only to find out the owner (Richard, useless to deal with) had simply cancelled the appointment -- without telling anyone -- because he couldn't figure out what to charge us. Seriously! Richard never returns calls, and his people are always late for every appointment. It's really too bad. They're one of the few outfits that services ""Monitors"". Regardless, they won't be getting any of our business anymore.

Turns out our basement problem has been solved! The only plumber I called (I called ten plumbing companies that advertised 24 hours service) who really is 24 hours service came out at 10 pm last night and figured out that our new sump pump had a defective float mechanism. Great guy who used to be an intelligence analyst in the Marines. Hence the name of his company Sargent Smith's Drain Cleaning Services. The owner is Micah Smith. 207-432-9378. Great service and very fair pricing.It turns out the Zoeller pumps you can buy at Home Depot are not as good as the Zoeller pumps a plumber buys at a plumbing supplier that are made entirely of cast iron and have a more reliable float mechanism. Like the way Koehler makes ""big box store"" Home Depot versions of their bath products that are different and not as good. The float valve on the Zoeller we had in there was defective so it was running every 20 seconds and eventually overheating/ stopping every few hours... flooding our basement... bc it was only running on the backup float which has a very short run cycle. He also put in an alarm alongside the new pump that will alert us with a smoke detector type loud beeping noise if there is an issue with water in the basement. Couldn't be more pleased.

We had a bunch of trouble getting anybody to come out and help us with a slow leak, but then we found Sgt. Smiths and thank goodness.

They were prompt returning our inquiry and getting out to take a look at our issues.

Once onsite, they were able to identify that an entire section of piping was on the verge of failing the same way. They were able to give estimates for various ways we could go about fixing it. I appreciated this transparency. They explained the pros and cons well.

It ended up being a two person job done by Andrew and Will. They did quality work on time and as promised.

We are very happy with the results and service. Two thumbs up, would use again.

Our only toilet was blocked. We called Sgt Smith and the next morning will arrived before 9 o clock on a Friday of 3 day weekend. Will had the problem resolved in a few minutes. He went above and beyond especially since our property is difficult to access will was very pleasant and professional to work with.?

Affordable, reasonable Fast, and prompt service if I could I would put more than 5 stars. Highly knowledgeable and kind staff. I felt considered and valued as a person and customer.
They were willing to accommodate.
Even when I called last minute they were my saving grace when I called many companies that would not complete the job.

My bathtub was blocked. My toilet was wobbly and was unable to flush. They solved all these issues within the same day They will and from here on out be the company I call for assistance! I can't  Thank you enough!
