Our only toilet was blocked. We called Sgt Smith and the next morning will arrived before 9 o clock on a Friday of 3 day weekend. Will had the problem resolved in a few minutes. He went above and beyond especially since our property is difficult to access will was very pleasant and professional to work with.?

Saturday, February 4th, the coldest day of the season so far, and hopefully the last one, like tons of other folks, I had frozen pipes.

Sgt. Smith van was at my neighbors house. I talked to Cody, who couldn't have been nicer, even though he was cold and tired and his day had just started. I went home and called, again the woman that took my call was awesome and within 20 minutes Andrew called me back. He said they probably couldn't get there until 5:00 p.m but they would get someone out there. At 3 p.m, 2 hours ahead of schedule, Will showed up. Again cold and tired but defrosted the pipes and didn't leave until I felt secure enough that everything was OK.

Not only was Will kind and professional but he liked my dogs. I have 3 beagles, they're not for everyone.

Highly recommend this company, all 4 folks that I interacted with, under the worst of circumstances, were outstanding.

Called about a clogged main line . On a Thursday afternoon before holiday weekend starting Friday . Everyone from office member who answered call to technician who called me back to schedule to the tech that showed up was very friendly . Jeff showed up a mere couple hours after I called , he was friendly from the get , was sure to rule out other options before deciding I did need a snake and once we determined that, he quickly and thoroughly took care of the problem . I am an electrician by trade and know the value of customer interaction/pride in work and he provided both excellently. Price was fair with market and service was excellent would recommend .

Our toilet was loose with a tiny water leak into the basement. I called late on Friday afternoon & they picked up on the first ring. Jeffrey arrived on Saturday morning, texted when he was on his way, was super friendly/professional, and promptly fixed our bowl! Cleaned up everything when he was done. Pricing was reasonable and owner Micah was upfront about an additional charge for weekend or emergency work. DEFINITELY will be using/recommending these guys again.

Incredibly fast response, messaged them on a Monday evening about having our two toilets replaced, Micah was able to get us in the books for Wednesday afternoon, 2 toilets, 45 minutes, amazing!!
