Had a plumbing issue & a flood and David could not have been more available, prompt, professional, knowledgeable & helpful. He resolved the problem and was a delight to deal with. He is also reasonable.

Who knew how hard it can be to find a good plumber !?! After a few unreturned calls, super high estimates, and a contractor who just never showed up...I pretty much lost my faith in finding good, honest, and skilled workmen. We found David Cordova to be about as wonderful as they come. He's extremely professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, pleasant and honest. He braved a snow storm on a Saturday afternoon and evening to help us with an emergency situation with heating pipes and didn't complain once about the less-than-pleasant work conditions (he had to trudge up and down our long, steep driveway each time he needed equipment and carry out quite a few large, heavy buckets of water) or the fact that he would have to drive through dangerous road conditions to get to his next job / home, after.

Prices are fair and straightforward. There were no hidden or undisclosed fees.

Highly, highly recommend.
