My mom is a senior (86 years old) and her heating system finally stopped working - I had been trying to get her to replace it for at least 10 years! Cordone and Tonucci showed up within a day, gave a super reasonable estimate, made an appointment for the next day. They were understanding and professional. Bradford P.I do agree one star is way too many for these guys.About 16 months ago I purchased a foreclosed home in West Haven, the house was empty for 2 or 3 years and the baseboard heaters split after freezing. These guys replaced all the baseboard heat along with the water heater and furnace. They installed a tankless combi boiler by Navien that was the cheapest worst reviewed system on the market. It worked for the first year, here we are yr 2 and It's broken down, 3 way valve went bad $40 for the valve $600 to install it. Along with the disposable boiler they removed a full sized radiator from my bathroom and installed a 20 inch length of fin tube heat that couldn't warm up a litter box never mind a bathroom. The last piece of genius they did was decide to vent the new boiler out of my chimney, now from down the street it looks like an octopuss is crawling out of my chimney. These guys are the worst don't even let them in your door.
Lisa H.One star is waaay to many stars for this so called plumbing company. They like to charge you for travel time and will have you waiting and won't show up. They dont even give you a courtesy call. You want plumber call a real one. If you want a problem call Cordone & Tonucci- Plumbing & Heating.
