Angela R.I called Corbitt Plumbing again and told them I wanted to replace my toilet. They told me if I bought the toilet they couldn't guarantee their work. I said it would be in the original, unopened box. They still said the same thing. When I asked why, I was told they wanted the higher profit on the toilet they bought. I decided at that moment I would not use them again. It seems pretty petty to try and coerce a customer into paying not only more money for a toilet to have them guarantee it but to actually tell me they wanted the higher profit on the extra cost I would pay. Not a good reason for their actions. It made me question their commitment to performing quality work.
