Had an emergency situation with a water line breaking underneath the foundation of my residence. Called and spoke with Corbitt Moseley Plumbing and spoke with The female receptionist Crystal. I had been out of water for a week at this point and needed someone ASAP. This was on a Thursday. Got a call back and she said we will be there Monday between 8a-12p at this point I had no choice and said put me down. Fast forward to Monday at 12:30p and it's no call and no show. I called back to see if maybe the tech was just running late only to find out she never put me on the schedule and it would be another three days before they could even come take a look. I had cancelled another plumber due to being guaranteed that Monday slot. I should have trusted my gut after reading all the negative google reviews as they were 100% correct. Take your business elsewhere and save your self the waste of time.

In two occasions this year, we had great service. Very responsive in appointed times, even called snd said they had an opening for an earlier time. Good communication from office and Brian.

TOO EXPENSIVE!!! They also missed scheduled appointment and wasted time and had to call them to reschedule. We're not willing to work with me nor do they offer discounts for Seniors nor Disabled Veterans/Veterans. I ended up making payments as I could took 6 wks. even though they refused payment arrangements.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company and I have to tell you I was a little hesitant because of the recent reviews and it had been a while since I needed them, but they did not disappoint. I called at 9:30 this morning and they were ready to come right then which I was not expecting. Fast. I mean they were quick to resolve my problem and they have always been super kind and courteous. I will continue to use them. I attached a picture so that you know I was a real customer.

We had a leak on a Friday afternoon. The repairmen showed up on time early Saturday morning and did a great job getting the leak inside the wall repaired. Will use Corbin Moseley Plumbing in the future.
