We contacted John to install our kitchen sink plumbing. My husband had fixed thr garbage disposal but had no clue how to put the pipes back together. After another plumber ghosted us, John came over same day and fixed the problem completely. He also gave us a discounted price after learning that we had tried working with another plumbing company. I will definitely be hiring him again in the future.

Task requested was to have cat6 ethernet wiring run through unfinished second floor, down to 3 rooms in the home. I Was told that the arrival time for the first day and awaited the worker to come to my home for the task to be performed. Upon arrival, worker had to borrow some of my tools to start the job because he had misplaced his own tool (paddle drill bit) or did not bring/know if he had brought other supplies (electrical tape to adhere the ethernet cable to the fish tape so the cable could be pulled upstairs). After several hours of attempting to start the first drop, worker said that they were unable to determine where the inner wall actually was and would need to come back another day with a master carpenter.

On the second attempt day, I was given a time of 2pm and was later told that the worker was running a half hour to 45 minutes late. AT 3:10PM, I contacted the worker to confirm when they would be arriving and was told that they were still 15 minutes away, totaling a late time of almost an hour and a half. At this point, I felt that my time was not being valued and the project itself would not be possible to complete based on the new arrival time and therefore cancelled the project entirely instead. Essentially, I just lost confidence that the project would be completed in a satisfactory way based on the experience from the first day in addition to the issues with time.

Overall, while the original pricing quote was reasonable, I did not feel that the company had much experience in the work requested, I also felt the there was a lack of organization, and time management skills based on my experience. This company might be good for external projects where you don't need to make sure you are home and which will not interrupt other scheduled events (like you evening meal for instance) but I can't recommend the use of their company for internal work based on my experience.

Edit: the owner threatened me with legal action for this review. Dropping score to 1 star from the previous 2 star rating.

I was extremely happy with the quality and value of the work done in removing an old shed from my yard and cleaning up the area. Very professional, great communication and good price. Will definitely use again for other projects!
