I contacted Coral Gables Plumbing on June 12, 2013, to repair a water leak in my bathroom and possibly another place, because my water meter showed excessive water consumption. """"Mario"""" came and supposedly changed the flapper in my toilet. However, he said he couldn't be sure that the problem was fixed until I received my next water bill (two months later). Mario stayed at my house for 140 minutes and charged me $260, not payable by credit card. I called the company again on June 24 and told them that there was still a leak in the bathroom. """"Jaime"""" told me that he would send Mario back to my place on June 27, before 12 noon. Around 1:00 pm, I called the company and explained the situation to """"Maria."""" Maria told me that Mario would come, but she couldn't tell me a time She was quite rude on the phone. While I was talking to her, she interrupted me to say """"bye-bye"""" and hung up on me. I waited until 6:00 pm, but nobody came or called. The following Monday, July 1, I received a call from somebody who identified herself as Gail. Gail told me that she wanted to schedule Mario to come back sometime that week. I suggested Friday, after 12:00 noon. Mario called me in the late afternoon on Friday to say that he couldn't come because he was """"calling it a day."""" He told me to call the office on Monday to make another appointment. Then he said I should find another plumber! My bathroom has now been leaking for over four weeks, and I have to find a new plumber because Coral Gables Pluming just took my money and didn't solve the problem. I would never use that company again!

Our Condo Association hired Coral Gables Plumbing. They changed the pricing a number of times until we made them give a written quote. They tried to double bill us, When they removed a toilet to do work they wanted to charge us to put the toilet back in. It took them almost 2 months to give us the camera work. When we questioned them about the work all they cared about was their payment.

Coral gables Plumping was a pleasure to work with , they were prompt and help out when we had issues with permits, even with permit delays they rescheduled the work, and completed it in a prompt manner. This was a commercial job with extensive piping for a chiller unit with Glycol lines, chilled water lines & makeup water lines. Brandon Swanson always worked in a professional and prompt manner answering questions & phone calls promptly. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Skip this overpriced, low value local supplier for both plumbing and bath fixtures as well as for plumbing service. I purchased 3 toilet from this supplier Toto brand. All have incredible amounts of problems. My one consistent working toilet is the 40 year american standard. The plumber who installed the toilet did not empty the tank and emptied water all over my wood floors. I also bought a few kitchen plumbing items from them (Grohe) that were a waste of money. This company did not stand by their products nor their service. Caution!

Plumbing is one of the scariest, most complicated, most serious issues you can have in a house, and Brandon Swanson and his team were absolutely amazing! This is a company that has been around since the 1920's, and if you are wondering how, I will tell you why: They are knowledgeable, reliable, professional, trust worthy, and absolutely the best company I have ever worked with. My husband and I have busy professional schedules and are not able to take time off easily. Their staff was always on time, friendly, courteous, and took care of everything, including making sure I could safely exit my drive way every morning since there was a fleet of trucks at our house. It's the little details that matter. They guided us and educated us through every step of the way. They gave us options, and with access to every advanced technology method, not only did they solve our issues, but made a very scary project seem effortless and painless. I will always recommend Coral Gables Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber, and we will always be grateful for everything they did.
