We called with an emergency and Humberto came by right away. He was quick, professional and knowledgeable. We had called 3 other plumbers amd Humberto was the only INE that said he could come right away. I highly recommend Coral Gables Plumbing amd especially Humberto.

Our Condo Association hired Coral Gables Plumbing. They changed the pricing a number of times until we made them give a written quote. They tried to double bill us, When they removed a toilet to do work they wanted to charge us to put the toilet back in. It took them almost 2 months to give us the camera work. When we questioned them about the work all they cared about was their payment.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at 7:30pm on a Friday. CG Plumbing has 24 hr service and Mike came to rescue us. He was AMAZING. Our problem was found and solved within an hour!

I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I called to make an service appointment to have two toliet flappers and the seal replaced. At the time of the initial service call, I gave them the model numbers of each of the toliets and I had already purchased on hand from Home Depot Kohler toliet flappers (seal not stocked). The ended up charging me $215! The guy comes without the seals, has to go back to the office to get the seals as they aren't stocked on the truck. They were going to try and charge me additional time. After the guy leaves, I notice that the toliet now won't fill correctly. Which was never an issue before he started the job. In addition, the handle on the other toliet was damaged by them when he stripped the plastic bolt with a wrench. They return two days later, wanting to charge me an additional hour of labor and the part. The part I was willing to pay for. The additional hour charge was ridiculous as they should have fixed the problem on the first service call. Mind you it doesn't take 1 hour to replace two flappers. Be careful with these guys... they charge an addional $40 service call fee on top of their labor. Parts are marked up an additional 25% over Kohler Customer Service Parts. Very unhappy with the service and costs.

The plumber was very nice but he just didn't know what he was doing. In the end they had to send someone else to clean up the original plumbers mistakes. I'm glad they eventually made it right, but the whole process was painful. The fact I had to lend the guy tools was also pretty scary. I'd find someone else.

We were very happy with the repairs that were done in our house. The Plummer was very knowledge and thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why we had the problems in the first place. Impressive. Highly recommend.
