This company is a ripoff. $165 for a service call and did not fix he problem. Don't waste your money. I called another plumber and they fix the shower for half the price.

Skip this overpriced, low value local supplier for both plumbing and bath fixtures as well as for plumbing service. I purchased 3 toilet from this supplier Toto brand. All have incredible amounts of problems. My one consistent working toilet is the 40 year american standard. The plumber who installed the toilet did not empty the tank and emptied water all over my wood floors. I also bought a few kitchen plumbing items from them (Grohe) that were a waste of money. This company did not stand by their products nor their service. Caution!

It is never fun to have to call a contractor to your house. That means something has gone wrong. But you will not go wrong if you call Coral Gables Plumbing. Every time I have needed something, they have been on time, stuck to their quote, fixed the problem and left the area clean. If you need a plumber for repairs or new construction, you need to call Coral Gables Plumbing.

We made an appointment on a Tuesday morning for the next afternoon between the hours of 2-4. At 4 on Wednesday they called and said they weren't coming, that all along we were only a fill in(we were ever told this) and would reschedule for the first appointment on Friday morning(not even Thursday). Now it's Thursday afternoon and they just called to cancel on Friday, said it was an emergency. How rude. We would never call them again.

This is an update to my prior review. Brandon called first thing this a.m. to apologize for missing the appointment yesterday - said he had a plumbing emergency and offered to come out today at 3. He showed up right on time, we walked the job and I am very impressed with his knowledge and experience in residential pipelining repair (trench less). He is writing up a proposal and was upfront in telling me that the earliest they can schedule the work is early March, but once they start, they will work until finished, approx. 4 days. So, I am encouraged and hope to be able to provide a rave review next month. Stay tuned. HERE IS HOW THE STORY ENDED: They did the job (a big job), start to finish in 14 days, as promised. The workers were very professional and kept the work areas unusually clean. The quality of the work was excellent. Bottom line: CG Plumbing is excellent for this type of problem (re-lining/replacing deteriorated cast iron sewer drains under the foundation). They are not cheap, but they do great work and by using the re-lining process we avoided having to destroy/re-do the floors and interior of our home. So, their """"trench less"""" re-lining process ended up costing far less than a traditional """"dig up the entire pipe"""" repair/replacement. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Ahmed from Coral Gables Plumbing was terrific - did the difficult installation of a vanity, had a replacement part on his truck so he could reinstall a toilet. Did a great job and had a terrific helpful attitude

We have a clogged drain. We called CGP because we wanted to use a local company. They promised they would be out 24 hours later, than they canceled and rescheduled only to cancel again on us!

I recently purchased a wall mounted faucet for my bathroom remodeling...First, they tried to discount my plumber they didn't even know and have me use their plumbers...Second, I bought a MOEN product and needed the rough rather quickly...so Abrahim (beware) called to make sure the rough I was buying from them supported the fixture that I was buying from them...because the model numbers changed...My plumber installed the rough and then a few days later tried the fixture...unfortunately, it didn't work....after hours of tech support to MOEN we were instructed that it should work (that only the model number changed not the part). When I called CGP besides the rudeness from Abrahim, I was also told it should work...And that he could send his plumber out (because he assumed my plumber didn't know what he was doing) for an additional 150.00/hour to look at it for us...He also told us to call MOEN (as this wasn't his fault) and we had to spend hours doing all the ground work only to discover that the model HAD CHANGED and that it won't fit...(they gave us the wrong part) but can make it work...So needless to say by this time I was completely upset , and (MOEN and CGP) finally realized that the product does not match and they have to send additional parts to make it work...This has delayed my installation and cost me many more hours of installation charges which they have absolutely no intention of reimbursement...This was an expensive faucet and should not have to be rigged to work!!!! I think every company is only as good as how they handle problems...So I would stay very far away from this store...( update...my plumber was to come back 4 days later to make sure the parts would be here...well guess what?...we still don't have the additional parts so more money and time out of my pocket...terrible customer service and satisfaction from my point of view....Oh, and I do have the right company...as I am sure they will try to say this is another company using their name!

Promises, promises, promises........DO NOT HIRE a plumber from CG plumbing! Promised I would be the first job after a quick routine morning inspection. Promised the plumber would arrive between 10 am and noon. As noon approached I called to check on the status. The dispatcher Promised the plumber was wrapping up and would be on his way very soon. 2 hours passed, no plumber. I called back to be told that the plumber he said would be on his way was still wrapping things up and Promised he would arrive shortly. I asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was out of the office and was transferred to his voice mail. I left a message and asked that he call me back. A hour later , a knock on the door, could it be.....yes, sort of. They sent me a different plumber. Nice guy but SLOW. Something that should have taken less than a hour to fix took almost 2.5 hours. SLOW, SLOWER, SLOWEST. Clock was ticking and he took his sweet time going back and forth to his truck to get who knows what. Never heard back from the manager. He sure promised the world when we first met him and scheduled our appointment. Perhaps I should send him MY bill for time lost from work Ended up taking a whole day off! Wasted day and wasted $$$$$ I wish I would have read the other review posted on Yelp. Seems this is not an isolated incident
