Spoke with Ralph. Arranged appointment to fix my clogged kitchen sink at 7:30 am the next day. No one showed up or called for eta. Started calling Ralph multiple times after 8:00 am. Multiple calls made, no answer, goes straight to voicemail but of course you can't even leave a message because voicemail is full. I was very upset and tired because I work 7pm-7am. I rushed home from work so I can be there to meet the worker but no one showed up. This company is not reliable at all.

I called COR plumbing to have a new garbage disposal installed, I requested an afternoon appointment, the next morning my door chimed, the COR plumber stood there, he seemed to have NO idea I had specifically asked for an afternoon appointment, he said ""no problem"" and left.

I contacted their dispatcher to let her know what happened, I was told that they would have the plumber come to my home that afternoon, I was also told that I would get a call from the guy before he arrives, NOPE... no one showed up and no one called.

Called COR plumbing in Santa Paula with a water heater issue. First Ralph tried to fix it with different parts, did not work. This went on for days until the conclusion was we needed a new water heater. Ralph told me if my husband bought one and brought it home he would immediately come drain old water heater and install new one for $300. We waited all day calling to let Ralph know we had the new water heater at our home. We never heard another word from him. Lucky for us our neighbor offered to help put new one in and after four days of getting the run around from Ralph ,we have hot water

Needed a minor fix and Ralph showed up a bit sooner than expected that day which was great. Was very pleased with his service. He came highly recommended, too, in my neighborhood.
