If I could give zero I would. They made 2 appointments they did not even show for and wasted my afternoons. He blamed it on the truck having mechanical problems. Then when they showed up on the third appointment, the owner is blind and the other guy does the work and gets the blind guy to check the work. HOW THE HECK DOES THAT PASS THE MUSTARD?? I could not find them on the contractors state website today so I am not sure if they are licensed. When they did start pumping the septic, the truck had not been running long at all before stopped. When I came out, there was a river of crap pooled in my driveway--- 40 feet of driveway. He tried to say he couldn't clean up because did not have anything to clean it with. THATS UNACCEPTABLE. He was going to leave it for me to do. Wish I could upload pics for you to see what a mess!! I had to get bleach and a broom from the store and threaten to report him for him to clean it up. This was not rural so that is I am sure a health and safety thing but he did not seem to care. I had to start a big stink to get him to do what he should have done on his own. He started cleaning and emptied the rest of the crap from his hose in my dirt before putting on the truck. THATS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING THING TO DO! My dogs play there. I was LIVID! Finished what he could clean because it was dark and hard to see and said he would check the driveway under his truck before he left. But the minute I was inside, they took off. A few texted promises to report him with pics of the mess of crap all over the area where the big truck was sitting had him back and he got almost all of that cleaned up at about 10 pm--5 hours later. He then said he would come back the next day for any mess left. When I told him at 2 or 4 pm the next day by text, he texted back that he would be there at 5. I texted that was not an option because I was busy that day and he said he would be there at 6. He was playing games by text and did not plan to come back. I told him I would report him and he sent me an emoji of a thumbs up. I understand its a whacked thing to clean. But it was your job to do the dumping without dumping it in my yard. And he had to be forced to clean up what he did; He did not want to do the responsible thing. Not to mention health and safety and my dogs and kids having to be out there. He says he's done but the truck was running for barely any time so I highly doubt the septic was even fully emptied. Because of the way he has behaved so far, I have no reason to think he is trustworthy or a good business person so I am pretty sure he did not even finish the job! I will be reporting him BEWARE!

I was in a pinch when I called Corey. Another company canceled my appointment after their truck broke down and when I asked Corey if he could pump my tank the same day because I couldn't take another day off of work. he told me he would be there shortly and actually made it to my house in cal city faster than I thought possible. Corey does an awesome job at asking all the right questions so he has the best history possible before he starts work. I had major concerns that my system was not working properly and he schedule a camera snake inspection for me the next day at 6pm so I didnt have to miss work. It is very rare to have someone work outside of standard business hours and Corey allowed me to pick all the times that worked with my schedule. After inspection with the snake they located a significant break in my main drain to the septic tank. On top of great service Corey goes out of his way to check on his customers daily untill all aspects of the job are complete. Very hard to find service as good as this.

Cor J was great! We are a camp and retreat center in the Angeles Forest. We have a hard time getting people to even come up for service calls. Cory was immediately responsive, arranged to come up the next day, and was very communicative. They showed up, got the job done, and were very professional. We'll definitely be calling them again.

This father and son team saved our Thanksgiving!
After I called 3 other local Septic businesses as I waded through overflow water in my home--one was outrageous in their costs, another would not see us for 2 weeks! and a third never returned our call--I found Cori J Septic Pumping.
Their price was reasonable, they came the next day, and dug and buried the Septic opening for a reasonable (add'l) price.
'So happy to have found them, especially a couple days before a house full of company! I've got their info taped to our fridge for the next emergency.
