Recommended Customer Reviews

Copperstone gave me a fair and reasonable quote for a water heater flush check. (Trust me I checked around) Clint was nice enough to give me a specific timeframe of how long the Anode Rod's life would be remaining before replacement and explaining why. He was nice and efficient with his work, (he was even in the area and offered to come earlier which was even better for us) fair pricing and would recommend to anyone their service.

I have used Copperstone a number of times at a couple of homes and their work has always taken care of the problem and repairs have been thoroughly professional. Job, the owner, really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Copperstone.

If you are looking for a great plumbing company in the valley, I'd highly recommend you call CopperStone Plumbing.
Everyone that we've talked to there is friendly and helpful, whether it is in the office (Jaime) or out in the field (Job and Clint).
The most recent visit we had, they were at our house in less than 2 hours to replace our water heater. Clint spent some time to go over the maintenance that should be done to maximize the life of our new water heater once it was installed.
I'd have to finish with what Debra C. said, ""...response time and pricing are both very good and he is honest and trustworthy.""

Copperstone is the plumber I'll be calling from now on.
Having owned a business I can tell you that, no matter how hard working, skilled, perfection driven, and conscientious you are, something will get past you. The most revealing time is what a business does when something actually does get past them.
I had an upstairs bathtub leak. Testing and logic indicated it was a seal on the drain. It was replaced, and further testing revealed no leak.
Since the tub hadn't been used for a while, I started cleaning it the next day. My wife alerted me from downstairs that it was leaking again. I called Copperstone, and the owner came out that afternoon. It was discovered that the plumbing was installed poorly when the house was built 20 years ago. When water hit a certain fitting at a certain angle, it was able to seep behind that fitting. When cleaning the shower walls, I had sprayed water directly onto this area, flooding the small nearly-invisible opening. Splash from normal showering would allow just a little water behind it. Owner, Job, worked tirelessly for hours from below the shower (in the master closet) to repair the leak. He could have opened an upstairs bedroom wall behind the tub, but didn't in order to minimize tearout damage.
Here're the take-aways:
-Despite a full schedule, I was booked for an appt the same day I initially called,
-They were on time,
-The first plumber, Clint, was methodical with his approach to finding the leak,
-Clint was also very friendly, and we shot the breeze several times, even offering each other suggestions for non-plumbing related issues - time, of course, I was not billed for,
-When the subsequent leak was discovered the next day, Job came out that afternoon (again, despite a full schedule),
-Job, like Clint, was also friendly, and respectful of my house (he worked in an inconvenient area to avoid opening another wall that would have added time, expense, and inconvenience). It didn't treat my home as a construction area, as many repairmen do, and
-Since the subsequent leak was still a leak, I expected to get another bill, which I did. But it was much less than I expected, and did not reflect the full time spent on the subsequent leak.
That second bill reflected one very important thing. I think there was an allowance for them not being perfect at their initial visit. Of course, being perfect is impossible, and that subsequent leak was a zebra, not a horse. A drain leak was found, and further testing revealed no other leaks. There would have been no reason to think another area of the tub was leaking.
But it's that attitude of being driven to perfection that sets certain businesses apart. Copperstone is one of those businesses.
I spent more time than normal on this review because I was so impressed with Clint and Job, and with the way they handled follow-up. I've dealt with all types of tradesmen professionally for decades, and I happen to be one of those perfectionists. Copperstone understands that if your priority is doing the best possible job, the money will take care of itself.

Fast and competitive. This was the second time using them to replace hot water units on rentals. I was going to install a pressure over flow tank like before. But plumber told me it was not needed and save an additional $150.

Fast installation, great product, and great service. Clint and his helper did a fantastic job. I will def recommend these guys to friends and family.

Guess I have to repeat myself. We own a home built in 1959. This means cast iron pipes except where thy have been changed to PVC or who knows what. First issue was water bubbling up from under our mesquite tree. Very attractive lawn fixture but potentially very expensive to repair.
Clint at Copperstone had an elegant effective solution that saved our tree and a bunch of money. He even redid the stone landscaping to look like new.
Second issue was laundry sink not draining. Instead of removing pipe and walls another elegant solution. He was able to snake through the roof and fixed the cap on our T Cap thingie. Tub drains and no more water in the attic. As a contractor and long time client I trust them to do a great job at a fair price.
Thanks again.

We needed a refrigerator water line valve installed and a leaky tub faucet fixed. Clint came out and hooked us up! Literally AND figuratively. He was very professional, funny, and considerate of our time and money. I'm a novice home owner and he walked me through each step he took and gave advice for the future. Clint took the time to make sure he cleaned up and left the workspace better than he found it. I was very appreciative of his knowledge. I can absolutely say that I will be calling CopperStone again for our any need that should arise.

My new home didn't have a loop or pressure regulator for my new water softener. They explained different setup options to me and provided recommendations. It was an all day job. They were professional and reasonably priced.

As we all know, this is an extremely hard industry to find reliable & honest service. Copperstone just gave my family the absolute best service I've ever experienced. I called Job, one of the owners, at 4:55pm on a Friday. He was at my house with his team by 5:15pm. We had ZERO functioning plumbing in our home and we have two kids under the age of 10. The home warranty we have couldn't get anyone out for 4 days. I called Copperstone, who was referred to me by a friend, and they came out immediately and unclogged the line in 15 mins. They were absolutely amazing. They provided the exact service that most people do not believe is available. They do not advertise. All their business is word of mouth. Such amazing service for a tremendously reasonable price. Call them!
