We had an issue with our heating system in March, and Coppersmith charged us $420 to look it over and determine that we needed a new heat exchanger and of course the warranty was out of date. After reapairman left, the system leaked water worse than before he took it apart. We were told that we could not buy just the heat exchanger, that we would have to replace the entire system which is only 9 years old. Repairman was supposed to get us some estimates for doing this. My husband found the exact heat exchanger online. It's now two months later and we still do not have a resolution or fix. No call back with an estimate for repairing or replacing the system. Waste of $420, and terrible customer service.

Do not use Coppersmith Plumbing if you are looking for a business that stands behind their work. I had a recirculating system installed in my home only to learn when I had guests at the house that it was not functioning if two showers were running at the same time. I went into the shop and told them about the problem. They sent someone out who told me that he wouldn't have used the part had he installed the system that went bad. I never received any bill from them or follow up until I received a collection letter. Very upsetting. They claimed they had tried to call and had sent multiple invoices out. Not true. I paid the bill in spite of feeling that it was unjust and am posting this review so that you don't use a company that doesn't stand behind their work.

Received 2 quotes from a local then nationwide company of ~$3,500 (unit+install) for our water heater to be replaced. The higher than usual estimate, they explained, was due to its ""tight location"" and how the waterline manifold was installed. Feeling as tho we hadn't found the right ppl for the job we made one more call. Thankfully that call was to Coppersmith Plumbing. Jessica, who was very nice, took my call and had someone out to us in no time at all. They were able to get the unit I needed quickly and cut the competitor's price IN HALF! Didn't mention any of the so-called ""installation problems"" as being problems at all. The installer, Matt uninstalled/hauled the old unit and installed the new unit with professionalism and a smile. Their information is now in my saved file. This is who I will be recommending to my friends and family for all future plumbing needs.

My 86 year old fathers heat went out Sunday the day after New Years Day. I couldn't get anyone to come. I called Coppersmith they were there with in a few hours. So nice. I am so grateful!

Terrible customer service. I recently had throat surgery so my voice isn't very loud. I went to their web page and under ""contact us"" I left a message. 3 days had gone by and didn't hear back from them so I called. I informed the woman who answered the phone that I had left my info and reason for needing service on their web site. The woman had no idea you could leave a message and wasn't even sure they had a website!! Then to add insult to injury, she informs me they had no appts available for 2 weeks! She wanted me to make an appointment for a water leak. Lady I'd be under water by then!!! Needless to say, I found a company that actually knows their business and was quick to get a service person out to our business.

Ugh I hate it when you are dealing with a business and you call regarding the itemization of their bill and they can't give a good explanation. We used this local plumbing company and they did a decent job and had a fair price overall but their billing is confusing at best and their people think it is ridiculous to look at their printed bill. So exhausted today I just wanted an explanation.

Coppersmith plumbing is a class act. They have professional techs who know what they are doing. They also have fair pricing. It's not the cheapest place, but who wants the cheapest plumber? Not me! I want a pro and someone who can get the job done without wasting time. Coppersmith fits that to the T.
They have installed three Breezair coolers for me on three different houses, and I couldn't be more happy with the coolers. They also rescued me after I had an accident with the boiler at my mom's house. They had it in and fixed in short order.
Thanks Coppersmith for your great work!!

Coppersmith plumbed our house when it was built about 15 years ago, and they have handled everything here since (new countertops, sinks, etc.). Their work has been impeccable, and we have come to consider their owners-partners friends. I came home from work this week and was delighted to see our Breeze-aire coolers that they installed a year ago kept the house at 75 degrees while the outside temperature was over 100 degrees, and the coolers were not even on max.
You can't beat them, and few equal them. Prices are always very fair, even for the high-value stuff like our radiant in-floor heat 15 years ago. In all these years, we've never had an unpleasant surprise, but have had some pleasant ones.

Called them for a busted pressure valve after a cold snap. I have no doubt they were already very busy. The man who answered the phone helped me make sure the boiler would continue to provide heat before I even booked the service call. He said they'd be out within two hours; the plumber (Steve) arrived in 30 minutes. The Steve was friendly, quick and professional. And the whole job cost less than the guesstimate I got from my contractor friend.
They were excellent.
