Never got around to write this review as I forgot until going back and looking at previous finances, but a few years back called to have them snake a kitchen sink clog. Previously used copperhead and they were reasonably priced and great for furnace work. But in this case wound up spending over $900 for the work, and this was pre pandemic. He literally sat there and snaked it with an electric, when that didn't work he used a jet spray one (why not use the jet spray on all your work?!?). The tech's explanation was they have to charge a certain amount per hour of however long it took and not a flat fee based on the job. He did redo the pvc pipe work under the sink (free of charge), but it was from my complaining of the price and whatever shred of decency he had knowingly ripping us off. Never again.

Called roto rooter after that episode when my shower clogged, and it was less than $100.

Also lost my business when it was time to replace my furnace and AC.

Boggles my mind how this company gets so many good reviews.

And please copperhead, save me the ""we take pride on our work, sorry you did not have a good experience blah blah blah""

I chose Copperhead because of their Yelp rating and was not disappointed. They were friendly, professional and did and excellent job. I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend them!!

After much frustration with 2 other plumbing companies, Copperhead responded right away and I had a plumber at my house in 24 hours. My hose valve outside froze and failed and began leaking in my basement when turned on. One company came to my house and wanted to charge me $1845 for a new hose valve! A $20 part and said it would take 1-2 hours!

I had three total quotes ranging from $500 - $1845!!
Copperhead did the job in under an hour for $315 including parts. The Tech, Bobby was fantastic. A fair price for a great job. That's what you should always get!

Have had Copperhead out for two separate issues over the past year. Both times they were very responsive in getting things scheduled, employees were on time and completed the work quick and efficiently. Pricing was fair and they haven't tried to oversell unnecessary work. During Covid the staff wore masks without needing to be asked, which was appreciated. Will definitely reach out to them in the future.

Technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, tidy, and fair. They are honest with which repairs are
urgent, and what can wait to be done. The office staff is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Had to fill out a Covid-19 questionnaire prior to appoitnent, tech stayed 6ft away when possible, and wore a mask the whole time. Highly recommend this company

If you are looking for a plumber these are absolutely your guys.

This is coming from a person who never takes the time to review a company. Yesterday afternoon I reached out to Copperhead just to see if they were working with everything going on. They were and asked extremely professional questions in regards to anyone in the household being sick and if I could stay in the other room as they work, great to see they care. I then was promptly scheduled for this afternoon. Fortunately they called me this morning to let me know someone had cancelled and they could move me up to this morning. They came in at 8:45 and were out in less than 45 minutes. I can not say enough how much appreciated the very prompt, professional, and fairly price service of this company. Thank you so much and I will be recommending you to anyone I can in the area.

This was my first time using Copperhead Plumbing, and it's safe to say I will definitely use them going forward! Their team could not have been more professional, friendly, and efficient. I needed my hot water tank replaced, and I had worked with Ben and Joe. Ben handled the appointment setup side of things, and was very responsive and helpful. Copperhead sent Joe, and I couldn't have asked for a better plumber. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was super friendly! If I need to use Copperhead Plumbing again, I would request Joe (if that's possible!). I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this company. I highly, highly recommend using them!

I had Copperhead Plumbing for a major water heater/boiler installation and could not be happier with their service: they were very professional, explained everything in detail to me and my husband, were efficient and punctual. The service on this level does not come cheap, but when it was time to talk to my insurance company, Tom, the owner did everything in his power to supply the information and documentation timely, and as a result, 90% of my expenses were compensated.
