I called Copperfield on Saturday morning and as luck would have it they were able to come out same day and do a valve replacement on a leaking washer water connection. Fidel provided a fair estimate, let me know when he was en route, arrived as promised and finished the work efficiently and professionally. I was so happy with the repair and pleased with the cost! I would recommend Copperfield to anyone looking for a reliable plumber and would use their services again without hesitation!

I discovered a water leak just outside my home's kitchen area, and knew I needed a plumber's help. After a little Yelp research I called Copperfield Plumbing and easily made an appointment for a convenient time (not an emergency). Luis and Gabriel came right on time and we discussed the issues. Pretty quickly they discovered the source and laid out how they'd solve my leak problem. An hour or so later all done, after they'd cleaned up the work area, I was presented with a reasonable bill. I'm very satisfied with the work and the Copperfield Plumbing team.

To add insult to the outrageous expense, they are trying to charge me again for the same job. The double billing has upset my wife.
The invitation to call back to discuss the matter never happened. I called the number and talked to the receptionist. The promised return call never occurred.
I am seriously considering complaints to the state contractors board and small claims actions as well as cancelling the credit card charge.

3rd time with this company to provide an inspection and repair and this is the only company I will call. Fidel even picked up on the weekend and had Josh out here the next available business day. We had lost hot water that I thought was something to do with a thermocouple based on the indicator light on the electrical pad, but Josh correctly diagnosed it as a leaking relief valve that was snuffing out the pilot light by filling up the pan under the water heater. ANY company could easily have told me to buy a new water heater, but what I respect and sincerely appreciate about Josh and Copperfield is their willingness to triage the repair to find the best outcome for the customer that has always been spot-on. There was good and accurate deductive reasoning and analysis by him that correctly fixed the problem in literally 30 minutes. There's also always an explanation of why and how tooso that as the customer I'm tracking, which I very much appreciate. Great company, great job!

We had a leak in the bathroom. Copperfield gave us a free estimate right after I sent out the quote request and visited the leaking site shortly after. He quoted me a fair price for the job. The leak was fixed subsequently. However the problem repeated shortly after he left. I called the technician, and he went back immediately to take care of the problem.

I will recommend Copperfield for their prompt action and good customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Copperfield Plumbing. They are one of the few plumbers that I have ever hired where my entire experience was wonderful from the time I called to schedule the appointment through the actual service visit. First of off, a real person answered the phone. I was delighted that my call did not go straight to voicemail. The office staff was able to get me an appointment at a convenient time. The plumber, Louis arrived on time, explained the repairs he was going to make very patiently and clearly, and he wore shoe coverings in my house to keep the carpets clean. Louis was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend this company! I have two leaking shower valves and the valves are a old model and now hard to find. I got Copperfield and another pluming company to do the free estimate. Eric from Copperfield checked the leaks and immediately called his boss to see if they can get the right valves for us. He also quoted a vey fair price for the replacement valves and installation. The other company in contrast quoted a much higher price for cutting open the wall and didn't even mention the option of a new valve.
In just a few days, we got the new valves ordered and installed. Eric was very professional and efficient. I can tell that he genuinely cares about getting the job done to the best standards and spent time to make sure the trim and handle aligned perfectly. He also fox our front yard faucet super quickly on his way out!
What is even more amazing is that they even fix a problem due to my silly mistake at no charge. They are so quick to help when I forgot to turn off water today when trying putting on a new valve trim myself. The valve got moved a bit and started leaking when I loosened a screw. I called them and Eric came in like 15 mins! He quickly fix the issue and even spent time to help me putting on the trim. Although we didn't get the trim installed because I bought a wrong model, I still appreciate his time and effort.

I will use Copperfield for all my future pluming needs! Thank you!
