I've hired Copperfield several times and they did great work for me. 1st time was to run a gas line off the main gas meter to a new fireplace I had installed, they gave me a very fair price and lower than other competitors quotes I received.
2nd. time I used them they hooked up a gas line to a new gas dryer for me... Good guys...

They were great! I had a leaking faucet and turns out there was just something that needed to be tightened, they tightened it and didn't even charge me. With businesses suffering during this pandemic, they could have made it seem as though something needed to be replaced or charged me something, but they kept their integrity and were honest. This certainly made an impression on me and I will use them, should I have a real issue, in the future!

Copperfield has performed several jobs for my family and I. My garbage disposal went out in my rental and we called Fidel. He had someone at the house within a matter of hours and they replaced it without any hassle.

I then decided to replace my kitchen sink and Fidel was able to quickly provide a quote over the phone from photos of my old sink and new sink. Once the sink came in it was very easy coordinating schedules. They were able to replace the sink within a couple days of receiving it. Victor did a great job and left the place virtually spotless. Great quality service, as well as great response time. They were able to get someone to my house in less than 2 hours, and was able to thoroughly explain the issue and got it fixed immediately. He was also considerate of our home by putting shoe covers on while inside our home. They also offered to return if the issue returned. We had a leak behind the bathroom wall and were considerably stressed. I called Copperfield and they gave me a time frame of 12-2. Then John showed up before 11! He found the leak quickly and talked me through what he was doing step by step. He was very conscientious about trying to avoid damaging tiles even though that made it a little more challenging for him to maneuver to fix the leak. He did a great job and answered all of my questions. After, I had to contact them to get a more itemized bill for insurance, and they sent a new revised invoice. I feel very happy with their work and their customer service. I will not hesitate to call them again in case of future plumbing nightmares.
