I ordered water heater repair service for my home back on February 12th. I paid for the services in full and said at the moment of payment that i needed to get the eletronic invoice. I called 4 times, left a voice mail and also text messages here on Yelp, and never got a call back.

Our home warranty company sent out a plumber to look at our kitchen sink backing up. They tried to snake it but that didn't work. They wanted someone to get a camera to inspect the pipes, and when that person came they said inspecting the pipe would be pointless, we need to hydrojet the drains. They told me my cost would be $300 to lay down plastic sheeting so there's no mess left, which I thought was outrageous. That led me to hopping on Yelp and finding the top rated plumber in my area. I called up Copperfield and told them what happened. He said he has an available plumber that is a wizard with snaking drains and he could be at my home in about an hour. Little while later, he shows up and gets to work. About 10 minutes later he lets me know he fixed the clog and is all done. Highly highly recommend this company.

These guys are top notch...have helpped me out a couple times on very short notice. They replaced my water heater a couple years ago and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. Recently they replaced my water regulator and fixed an underground leak on my water line to the house in between the main. Outstanding job and quality work. Highly recommend them!

We had a leak on the main line feeding the sprinkler system. We called several companies and copperfield called us back in less than an hour. Several other companies did not. Josh came in and diagnosed the issue and explained why it failed and what he was going to do to fix the issue. He repaired the fitting in an efficient manner. Thank you Copperfield plumbing.

Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm called because my stupid friend cut through his gas line. Was so worried it was going to cost $800+ to get someone to crawl under his motor home and run a new line, Remember it's Friday afternoon. $200, one hour and this guy Josh comes and saves the day. Shimmies under there, repairs everything, this guy hustling back and forth from his van. He was a total HERO. I can't say enough about service , price and just everything was perfect. You can count on these guys to showup. It was what customer service looks like. Thanks JOSH!!
