Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm called because my stupid friend cut through his gas line. Was so worried it was going to cost $800+ to get someone to crawl under his motor home and run a new line, Remember it's Friday afternoon. $200, one hour and this guy Josh comes and saves the day. Shimmies under there, repairs everything, this guy hustling back and forth from his van. He was a total HERO. I can't say enough about service , price and just everything was perfect. You can count on these guys to showup. It was what customer service looks like. Thanks JOSH!!

Called to get a gas valve replaced. Very energetic person on the phone and was pleased at the prompt same-day scheduling. However, the actual service was just ok. Guy showed up to my house without a mask and then asked if I had an extra one before finding the one he had soon after. We're in the middle of a pandemic and I really shouldn't even have to ask at this point. That immediately lost one star. He got the job done in a timely manner but just wasn't the experience I expected after reading the reviews. Wouldn't discourage if you're in need, but I probably won't be a repeat customer.

My toilet has clogged numerous times over the years. Aside from all the money I spent with different plumbers snaking my toilet, the FRUSTRATION, of the toilet getting unclogged, only to have it clog again, a couple of days later!
I'm retired, so it's not like I have small children running around, that may throw items in the toilet.

Finally, I was so irritated, I got a chance to speak with Fidel at Copperfield Plumbing. He snaked the toilet, BUT, after hearing the past toilet problems, he suggested a new toilet, the one I had was original to the house.
He recommended a new, Tall, No-Plug Kohler toilet, I agreed, and
it was installed that same day.
No more clogged toilet, and it's a Tall toilet which is easy on the knees, and it is a Quiet flush, using only 1.5 gallons a flush, compared to the 5 gallons of water on the old toilet.( especially with the recent increase in our water rates.)

Drain backed up . Called 3 plumbers but only Copperfield was able to dispatch same day. We both thought it was a simple clog but turned out to be much worse then originally thought than a simple snake. 25 year old cast iron drain pipe full of rust with a rust block within the walls. Luis the tech knew just where to do a minimum cut into the garage drywall. A first class operation with new vans and all the equipment to do the job right without the usual they have to back to the office for parts or other tools. So how much is a good plumber worth? Same day service, cleaned up after repair, qualified and friendly service tech with all the right tools? For me priceless.

The water main line in my front yard burst on a holiday weekend last year. They came out within a couple of hours and got things set up until they could get parts and repair it correctly on the following Monday. Since then they have helped with a couple of minor plumbing. Always coming within a day. This last time I had to call because the water pressure gauge they had installed with the water main repair over a year ago was leaking. They repaired it free of charge, although I was expecting to pay for the regular visit charge. Fidel and his crew are awesome! I completely recommend them and will continue to call them first and only when I have plumbing needs.

I would 100% recommend Copperfield Plumbing. I was clueless about who to call and trust. Unfortunately, they were not my first call, but it will be the only (Copperfield) Plumber I Call from here on out. They came out the same day and replaced my water heater.
