I couldn't get the electricity to go on in my bedroom. Several repair services told me they couldn't help me for 2 days. Michael was able to help me the same day. He called me to tell me what time to expect him and arrived on time.
He introduced himself to me - and my dogs.
By asking questions, he got the info he needed for repairs. It was a simple solution, taking just a few minutes. He was kind, telling me I didn't owe him.
Michael educated me regarding what to do before I call anyone. He suggested I could save money by prioritizing a list of to do's so he could get more done the next time I need his services (which are reasonably priced).
There will be a next time!

I would have liked a quote from Michael as I was offering a lucrative job. However after several emails back and forth before we could settle on a date for him to come out, he then wasted my time by never showing up or even bothered to call or email to cancel. Would you really want him starting a project for you, if this is how he values his potential customers? Not me, I'll find some who is reliable and demonstrates better business practices.

You can't go wrong with Mike; he's an amazing handyman. He can do almost anything that you'd expect from a handyman. He is courteous and professional. He tells you what he can do and what he can't do and sticks to his estimate. He's an absolute gem that I and my daughter will use over and over again!!!!! I'm so glad that I found him!

This man deserves all five stars. He showed up on time and completed the job of hanging a VERY heavy kitchen cabinet. He paid so much attention to detail and took the extra time to cut screws to just the right length and make sure over piece of trim was just perfect. He explained everything he was doing to me and why. His prices are very reasonable and I can't stop looking at my cabinet that is back where it belongs. Thanks Mike! Oh and he was clean and had all the tools you could imagine and this job took alot of various tools. And I didn't have the right screws and thankfully he had them. I will be using him again for future jobs for sure.
