Mike was super helpful, quick, efficient, and I would definitely use him again. He even had some suggestions for future repairs which he sent me a quote for, but was very low pressure about it. His rate is very reasonable, and his manner is friendly. I couldn't be happier with this company!

Mike is the man! He's done a few jobs at my house, from painting, dry walling, hanging ceiling fans, and install baseboards and I have been pleased with it all. He's professional and does a remarkable job with all his work. He's my go to guy for all my house needs now. I don't know if there are any reasonably honest people like him in the business. He's super friendly and makes sure that my requests are completed before he leaves. I'm extremely happy with finding a maintenance repair company that it trustworthy and priced well. Yay for Mike!

Long overdue 5 star review coming your way! Mike, thank you for doing such a fantastic job installing our dog door, and later the shutters out front.
I would be remiss not to mention that the dog door required Mike to HAND CHISEL away block wall, which he did with a smile. I also didn't purchase all of the appropriate parts (classic), and he happily left mid-project to go to Lowes down the street.
Arguably even better than the great job he did, he's a dog lover. I have three, and they're not docile which means anytime I have strangers in the house I have to worry about whether or not they person is going to be timid or the dogs are going to cause an issue. Mike is so easy going.

As with other reviewers, I have texted Mike to schedule, and he's responsive with easy booking.

Thanks again Mike! I tell people about you all the time (just gave out your card yesterday), bout time I got around to Yelping about you! :)

Michael came and mounted two televisions for me and also rerouted the electrical outlets so that there were no cords hanging. He did a phenomenal job and was very reasonable on price. I would recommend him to anymore!

Stop wasting your time and just call Mike. I tried 6 other guys to simply put in a mailbox, and no one responded. I emailed Mike on Saturday night, thinking he would see it Monday morning, and in a half hour he responded, and 2 days later he was out and did the job. He was polite and professional, made 2 trips to get cement, made sure everything was perfect, and his charge was more than reasonable. I have not had this level of service and professionalism in 20 years. We plan more projects in the future, and I will not waste any time calling anyone else - and you should do the same, you will not be disappointed. Top notch, all the way.

I had Mike over to do a few things for me and he did a great job. He is fast and on-time. Plus, his clock seems to run slower than mine does so he charges less than I expected. Finally, he is just a good guy and taught me how to do a few things so I could handle them next time. Will definitely call again.

Had the owner Michael help me on two projects at my house, the price was fair and the service was quick with no issues. I asked for estimates of future projects while I had him there, but a few of them he gave me helpful tints on to do myself. I look forward to using his services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.

I had high hopes for Mike as I read almost all of his reviews. It sounds like he does good work but is unprofessional with some people. I guess I'm part of the latter half on that one. I was able to get in touch with him the first time I called and I explained what I needed. He gave me a rough quote and at the end of the phone call I told him I was going to get a few more quotes but that I would get back with him in a few hours. He said no problem and we hung up. That was the last time I heard from him. Several phone calls, voicemails, and days later I haven't heard a peep. I can't speak on his quality of work obviously, but he certainly doesn't conduct his business in a professional manner. If you don't want the work just say so, plain and simple, instead of ignoring customers. Sounds like he does good work and his quoted prices were reasonable, hopefully you have better luck. Zero stars from me. A little bit of professionalism could have prevented this review.

Michael, the owner, is FANTASTIC! I needed an outside hose bib replaced. We made an appointment and established a basic price. I emailed him that since he was going to be here anyway I might also have him replace the other hose bib since it was the same age as the problem hose bib. The price of doing the two was a bit more than my budget - thanks to the Obamaconomy - could handle so I emailed him we would only be doing the one. The day of the appointment he texted me to say he was on his way. When he got here he looked at the hose bib and went to Home Depot to get the correct parts to fix the problem bib. When he returned from Home Depot he came with the parts to fix BOTH hose bibs and only charged me for the parts on the second hose bib even though he fixed both of them. He went the extra mile and I appreciate that.

Mike is the man! I dont write very many, if any, reviews but feel this one is definitely warranted. My wife and I were looking for a handyman to help us install some ceiling fans, light fixtures, and help with some other small things around our new house. We reached out to numerous companies and pretty much all of them couldnt come out for a couple weeks or were charging ridiculous prices. I sent an email to Mike and based on prior experiences with handymen, was expecting a response the next day or 2. Mike got back to me in 10 minutes and told me he could come by my place in 30 min. Not only did he charge a very fair and reasonable price, he did an amazing job. We had a weird wiring issue for one of our ceiling fans which the previous handyman we got had no clue how to resolve (we paid that guy double what mike charged for basically doing nothing). Mike got that fan up and running and it works great now. Ive already recommended him to my family members who need help around the house and if i need any further help around the house, i will definitely be calling him back.
