Found MY plumber! My hot water heater stopped working one night, I called them in morning and he arrived the same day, promptly at the decided time. He was friendly, professional, quickly found and fixed the problem (he comes prepared to solve a variety of problems), cleaned up after. I had hot water an hour later. All this for a fair and reasonable price. Also, on the phone he was able to give me a ballpark estimate so I wasn't left guessing. I see no reason to go anywhere else.

PS I actually called them a while back when a ""hair wig"" broke in my new pipes and slid down the drain, I was worried it would collect debris and form a clog and they reassured me that it probably just went out to the sewer, but if it ever does clog, he gave me an estimate. Didn't charge me a ""house call"" fee knowing things would be OK, and they have been for 3+ years. I may have even called them a 2nd time without hiring when the valves to my outside pipes sprung a leak, but my BF fixed it... again Copper Pipe was patient and not annoyed at my calling without hiring, said I could get them in if we couldn't fix it. So when my hot water heater broke and I needed a professional to fix it, I knew who to call.

It is a great feeling knowing I have a plumber I can trust (competent, fast, won't rip me off) who can help me tackle any plumbing problem I have, and lucky for me they are only 5 minutes away. Because plumbing issues happen, and they always feel like an emergency.

I called to get an estimate on some plumbing work I needed done (we needed our drain hydro-jetted). They called me back right away and although they don't offer these services, still took the time to ask me what my issue was and offered up 4 companies that they have worked with, felt are reliable and would offer better pricing. Not only was that super helpful, but he was right! One of those companies is able to do the work for $2500 LESS than the original quote!!! So thankful for his honesty and helpfulness, he will definitely be the first person I call the next time I have a plumbing issue. Thank you!!

I had Copper Pipe Plumbing remove an old kitchen faucet and install a new one in January of 2017, I believe. This installation service was ordered through Amazon Home Services, and boy, did I luck out in getting this company. I believe it was the owner who did the faucet install, and he did a great job. Very nice, friendly man, and he left no mess behind. He even appreciated the steal I got on my new faucet that I had ordered through Amazon.
I had called around to other plumbing companies originally to get a price, and just kept getting the run around, all of whom said they would have to come out to do an ""estimate"", which of course includes a ""trip charge"". Not gonna happen for something as straight forward as a faucet replacement.
Needless to say, if I have any plumbing needs in the future, this is who I will be calling.
